A beautiful hotel in a quiet neighborhood is a perfect spot to explore from.
Pros:

A beautiful mansion that has been converted into a hotel. Located in the midst of an Inverness neighborhood, it is still close to the center of town. Food was exceptional. Definitely get the morning buffet. Jordan checked us in, made sure the group got dinner and took amazing care of all 13 of us while we were there.

Cons:

Didn’t realize they didn’t have a lift, but thankfully our group had no issues getting up and down the stairs to the second floor.

Cons:

There was a medical pill on the floor, my 1-year old daughter handed it to me (and luckily didn't eat it).

The room was quite small, no room to open luggages.

The tap with hot and cold separate water streams was super annoying and so stiff that I needed to help my wife close it.

Très bel hôtel aux prestations de qualité.
Pros:

Très bonne adresse dans un quartier résidentiel d’Inverness. Le restaurant et les prestations proposées comme le bar et le petit déjeuner sont top.

Cons:

Dommage de loger dans une annexe de la belle demeure.

Excellent
Pros:

Room sizes were excellent, wonderfully clean, and had perhaps the best bathroom I have seen in a hotel.

Cons:

Was a little hard to find on GPS. We needed to double around a couple of times before we had the location.

We only stayed for one night but would stay again!
Pros:

We arrived just after 8pm and there was no additional tables for dinner. That was a little disappointing. Would have been ideal to be able to stay for dinner. Breakfast was nice the next morning and easy before checking out.

Cons:

No complaints. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Avoid this place waste of money
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Restroom smells like urine
Safe locker was broken
Shower did not work with flow or temperature regulation
Breakfast at 730 - coffee machine was broken
Nothing was ready
Music was loud and on until 2 am

So basically we spent over 300 dollars for no service and no sleep

Staff said they will fix things when their housekeeping arrives in the day but we left the hotel even before that

Hotel needs to compensate us for poor service and non functional room facilities
