Exactly what we needed
Pros:

Friendly welcome, very helpful ladies at Reception. Room perfect for our needs. Email explaining local nighttime roadworks in advance was MUCH appreciated.

It was exactly as advertised. The man on reception recommended a lovely pub for dinner that was just around the corner.

Sweet Dreams
Pros:

Great location for what we were doing.
Very comfortable bed in a very good size room.
Tea & coffee making facilities
Hairdryer.
Food voucher scheme.
The M1 was closed overnight - no noise!

Cons:

The shower screen sealant in our room (41) no longer sealed the screen to the shower tray - water everywhere!
Noisy people at 6am outside our door
