The bed was comfortable and the air con was amazing as we all slept so so well. The room layout was brilliant because we had our own space but at the same time we were close to each other. The room layout was awesome.
The bath was extremely slippery. My son stepped in (he's 5) and lost his footing and smashed into the bottom of the bath. He ended up bruising his spine and elbow. I then had a bath later on as it was deep (but short). I enjoyed my bath. When I went to get out, the bottom of the bath was slippery and I lost my footing. If I hadn't have managed to grab the towel rail I would of needed to go to hospital for a head injury! As I slipped my foot actually got caught in between the side of the bath and the glass splash guard bit. There's no way a foot should be able to fit or get stuck in there. Next thing I noticed was blood all over the white bath mat. I got my son to go get someone who was first aid trained. They appeared at my door with an almost empty first aid kit and poorly attempted to bandage my foot. It ruined my stay and the reason I was staying was to go to a family christening the next day. I could hardly walk. I have a nice scar on the top and bottom of my foot now. I had redress it so many times during the course of the day and honestly, walking was near on impossible.
Everything was perfect, great staff to welcome us in on Friday evening. Always said a cheery hello as I went through reception! They made a fuss of our dog too.
The room was perfect in every way.
I found that I could walk to the 5 pits area to exercise my dog and have a nice walk ourselves.
It's close to so many places of interest too.

Spotless clean and really comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful and although so near to the motorway it was so very quiet. Very convenient location.
Can't think of anywhere that needs improvement.
Basic room but could do with freshening up.
Smelt stale and no windows in the room to open and staff could not find any air freshner. No guarantee that the room has not had pets in it previously as all rooms are dog friendly. Awkward to even find the property via the road entrance despite the directions provided. Would not stay again.

Didn’t have breakfast but the location was good for our needs.
The room was quiet and peaceful. Other guests were not and were quite loud when moving through the corridors.

I was amazed by this hotel! It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped (great shower, very comfortable bed, plenty of room). Everything was very new and the air conditioning was great! Price was excellent and staff are lovely. Miles better than Premier Inn and will definitely use again if I need to!
