Great little local spot if you want a weekend in Pontcanna.
Pros:

Great little pub in Pontcanna, staff are fantastic, rooms are clean and comfortable.

Cons:

No lift and stairs are quite steep.

Pros:

Great location. The room was modern clean and well laid out. A great breakfast was available at a very reasonable price.
The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.

Cons:

Poor WiFi although I was warned about this at check in.

Great pub in a convenient location.
Pros:

Great location and room was a good size with spacious bathroom. Staff were great with accommodating for food allergies (GF). Evening meals were delicious and varied and the cooked breakfast was a treat.

Cons:

Car parking can be limiting for guests staying in the accommodation.

Pros:

Nice clean room with good facilities. Location is ideal for the centre of Cardiff.

Cons:

The hotel is a Victorian era house with plenty of character. The only minor moan I have is that the corridors are quite dark and a bit like a rabbit Warren. Whilst the energy saving light system is understandably necessary, you get that couple of seconds before the motion detection kicks in. This leaves everything a bit dingy. I think the paintwork outside the rooms could be brightened up. Other than that very minor point, I would us the Beverly again.

Amazing breakfast. Had to downsize to the smaller one after the first day!

Pros:

Clean and spacious room and bathroom. 20min walk from the center. Good breakfast. Parking on site. Affordable

Cons:

No wifi (it was available but it didn't work). No smart tv which was annoying without wifi. Window didn't close properly. Noisy until midnight when music got turned off.

Will definitely stay here again, comfortable, helpful and great location
Pros:

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, excellent shower. Staff so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb. Was with 2 children who also loved our stay. Easy to park. Food very good.

Cons:

It’s above a pub so expect some noise. Window frames are old but clean.
