Hotel muy antiguo e incómodo. Lo salva la simpatía de su personal.
Pros:

El hotel está bien situado, tiene una agradable terraza en la que los huespedes pueden relajarse. El desayuno estuvo bien, y el personal que nos atendió muy atentos tanto la chica de recepción cómo el señor encargado de revisar las habitaciones, nos bajo una camisa que había dejado mi marido en la habitación cuando estábamos haciendo el check out.

Cons:

Nuestra primera sorpresa al llegar fue que no habia ascensor y que teníamos que subir 2 pisos de incómodas escaleras de madera antigua y tipo caracol. La segunda fue que la habitación que nos tocó era muy antigua e incómoda. Además hacía mucho calor y no había ni siquiera un ventilador. Hablamos con el dueño y no quiso facilitarnos uno, según él estábamos en una habitación estándar y no nos correspondía, dijo que abriesemos la ventana para que corriese el aire. Siendo el hotel más caro de los que he estado en mi estancia esta semana en Franconia, puedo afirmar que fue el peor.

Beliggenheden og personalet var i orden

Cons:

Alt for lille værelse, lige ud til meget larmende gade om natten. Det var uudholdeligt varmt og da vi spurgte efter ventilation havde de desværre kun 3 som de brugte på de store værelser. Dagen efter så vi at de kom med et stort tårn og da vi kørte så vi to bordmodeller på deres depot.
Der reklameres med parkering i nærheden for 75 pr døgn, vi måtte betale omkring 1000kr for knap 4 døgn

Kleines familiärer geführtes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück

-Zentral an der Altstadt
-tolles Frühstück
- freundlich und familiär geführt

Cons:

Parken ist ein Thema,. Eigentlich nachvollziehbar so nah an der Altstadt. Das hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun. 5min entfernt auf dem Schillerplatz bin ich fündig geworden 16€/Tag ist zu verkraften

Kein Zimmer zum wohlfühlen. Preisleistungsverhältnis passt bei diesem Zimmer nicht
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super. Das Personal , bis auf den Chef sehr nett und kompetent. Das Café war gemütlich, dem Alter entsprechend.

Cons:

Zimmer 9, welches unseres war, ist sehr verwohnt und müsste dringend mal renoviert werden. Bettdecke war schmuddelig. Bezug i.O. Es gab zwar einen Ventilator( sehr verstaubt), aber leider keine Klimaanlage bei 37 Grad Außentemperatur. Verstaubte Plastikblumen als Deko, sind auch aus der Zeit gefallen. Toilette war wohl schon länger nicht gründlich gereinigt. Die Polstermöbel sind alle sehr verschmutzt, fleckig. Nicht einladend zum setzen.

Die zentrale Lage ist super.

Cons:

Der Zustand der Zimmer könnte besser sein.
Verkalkte Wasserhähne, defekter Duschkopf, keine Programme im TV und Spinnweben müssen nicht sein. Wir vermieten selbst und solche Sachen sind ein No-Go.
