Pros:

Poco o niente

Cons:

All’arrivo non c’era nessuno. Alla partenza ha tentato di farci pagare molto di più (320euro) dicendo che il prezzo pattuito era per 2 persone e non per 3. Alla fine , dopo aver discusso, ha desistito.

Verty nice stay in a large room, great breakfast and value for money!
Pros:

It's seems now common that Hotels in Germany are not staffed for reception. This does not show hospitality, but it works. The front of the hotel made us believe that the hotel was closed, but the back looked nice and was open.
we had a fantastic room: very large, a balcony, it was clean and the breakfast was great. Overall and very nice stay!

OK für den Preis, wenn man vom Check in absieht.

Frühstück war OK für den Preis.
Für eine Übernachtung war es ok.

Cons:

Der Check in war etwas problematisch: im Internet steht, dass man zwischen 17:00 und 19:00 Uhr einchecken kann, bei der Buchung wurde auch eine Telefonnummer mitgeteilt. Um 17:30 angereist, die Eingangstür verschlossen, die genannte Rufnummer keine Verbindung, kein weiterer Hinweis. oder Zettel an der Tür. Zum Glück stand jemand vor dem Hotel, der sagte, man müsse "hintenrum" gehen, an der Rückseite fand sich dann an der Tür noch eine Handynummer auf der jemand erreichbar war, der dann den Code von einem Schlüsselkasten durchgab.

Tutto. Non c'è una reception, anzi c'è ma solo la mattina. Domanda: ma se le camere vengono preparate per il ceck in al pomeriggio e non c'è nessuno ad accogliervi, anzi trovi la porta chiusa e devi girare intorno all'hotel per trovare una porta aperta, e iniziare a chiamare sperando che ci sia qualcuno. qualcuno poi c'è e parla solo il tedesco, l'ospite come ci rimane? Wi-fi, mi serviva, andava quando gli pareva, anche qui, se ci fosse stata una reception presente, avresti avuto qualcuno con cui esporre il problema, e magari risolverlo subito.
Pulizia camere, se sperate in un servizio giornaliero di rifacimento camere, scordatevelo. In camera c'è un'avviso, scritto solo in tedesco, che dice proprio questo, che le camere vengono risistemate una/due volte a settimana, e se lo volete di più, bisogna comunicarlo. Se ci veniva detto in fase di ceck in forse non avevamo problemi a provvedere immediatamente, ma il ceck in non c'è stato.
Se ci fosse stato scritto tutto questo nella descrizione, non avrei certo prenotato.

Bel établissement, au calme
Pros:

parking accessible, non clos, ni sécurisé mais en retrait de la circulation,
chambre propre, confortable avec de belles proportions mais pas climatisée,
petit déjeuner correct,
les personnes se trouvant sur le site dès le matin au petit déjeuner (voir ci-dessous) fortement sympathiques et disponibles.

Cons:

personne à l'accueil à notre arrivée malgré l'heure correcte(aux environs de 17h), seule derrière la vitre d'une porte, une affiche "paraissait "indiquer la marche à suivre pour obtenir les clés de la chambre (elle était écrite totalement en allemand avec le N° de tel de...?, difficile pour qui ne maîtrise par la langue), donc angoisse mais "système D" efficace pour parvenir à intégrer notre dom de la nuit.

Ich war mit allem sehr zufrieden

Mit dem Zimmer war ich sehr zufrieden, sogar ein Kühlschrank war vorhanden. Angenehm war die begehbare Dusche. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig.

Es gab nichts zu meckern.
