Schönes Hotel mit freundlichen Service und Ausbau-Potenzial im Frühstücksbereich
Pros:

Neue moderne Ausstattung, sehr und entgegenkommend beim Check-in, Zimmerkarten waren im personalisierten Safe-Box am Eingang hinterlegt, so dass wir per übermitteltem Zugangscode sehr einfach einchecken konnten.
Tip: Meldepapiere mit persönlichen Gästedaten besser ebenfalls im Safe hinterlegen und nicht öffentlich zugänglich auf dem Hoch-Tisch im Eingangsbereich. Freundlicher Service.

Cons:

Für ein Hotel in der Preiskategorie war das Frühstück etwas bescheiden. Dies gilt insbesondere für die ausgelegte Menge der angebotenen Speisen. Offensichtlich waren mehr Gäste zum Frühstück erschienen, als ursprünglich angemeldet. Eine einzige Servicekraft ist dann nicht die richtige Antwort darauf, wenn diese sich zwar freundlich und redlich bemüht aber nicht gleichzeitig den Küchenservice, das Auffüllen der Speisen und den Empfang im Gästerestaurant gleichzeitig managen soll. Man hatte den Eindruck dass jedes Stückchen Wurst oder Käse abgezählt war und musste dann immer wieder warten bis nachgelegt wurde.
