El trato por parte de Nicolas fue buenisimo, fue muy amable conmigo desde que hice el check in hasta que hice el check out. Cualquier duda que tenía me la resolvio con creces y siempre estuvo atento a mí.

Cons:

Solo por poner un pero, la ubicación. Algo alejada de Sanxenxo e incluso de Portonovo, por un camino con muchas cuestas y sin zona peatonal. Aún y así, es una zona muy tranquila, donde hay mucha paz.

Hotel excelente en Portonovo
Pros:

La habitación muy amplia. Tenía un balcón. El baño grande. Incluía nevera y calienta leche. Y una cafetera de cápsulas, con unas cápsulas de cortesía. Nicolás, de recepción, estupendo. Nos indicó sitios para cenar y rutas de senderismo. Muy agradable.

Da simpatia e excelência do pessoal, da excelência das instalações e sobretudo da localização em relação á magnífica praia de Canelas a 300 mts do hotel. São super simpáticos, educados e sempre com a preocupação de nos fazer sentir bem. Eu e a minha mulher já estamos a pensar voltar em breve.

El personal, el desayuno incluido y la ubicación. No probamos la piscina, pero tenía muy buena pinta.

Cons:

No sabría decir si el problema era el termostato de la bomba de calor, pero la calefacción por la noche se apagaba y se encendia a menudo a pesar de no hacer la temperatura marcada, así que recomendaría pedir una manta más gorda que la que está puesta por defecto.

Muito bom. Boa relação qualidade/preço.
Pros:

O anfitrião é pessoa muito simpática e sempre disponível para informar os locais onde se pode comer bem, os melhores locais a visitar, as praias onde se pode estar confortavelmente. Está bem localizado e não é preciso usar o carro para chegar até à vila. Pequeno almoço bom e o staff sempre muito atento para nada faltar. O local é sossegado e à noite, o silencio faz-se notar.
