The outdoor heated swimming pool is open from April until the end of the All Saints’ Day holidays, while a second unheated pool is available from April to mid-September. In the Hameau district, guests can enjoy a 455 m² pool area with a paddling pool, children’s facilities and water slides, open from April to October. In the village centre, a 380 m² continuously heated swimming pool with a landscaped beach area is open from April until the end of October, also featuring children’s areas and water slides. The residence is proudly certified Green Key (Clef Verte), reflecting its commitment to sustainable tourism and environmentally responsible practices.
The price includes beds made upon arrival, limited WiFi access for up to five devices allowing browsing and email use, charges and taxes (excluding tourism tax and application fees), access to pool areas and sports grounds (excluding tennis and archery), as well as basic activities such as fitness sessions, contests and themed evenings. Please note that tennis courts and archery activities are available at an additional cost. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe indicated in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges, and credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
For children aged 0 to 35 months, varied awakening games and collective outdoor activities supervised by educators are organised Monday to Friday, generally from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 onwards. A safe and nurturing environment is provided through the Les P’tits Mômes micro-nursery, where babies can discover sensory games and outdoor activities adapted to their rhythm. A 3-hour session costs €50, a package of three sessions costs €100, and a full day from 09:30 to 16:30 including organic meals costs €90. Places are limited to ensure proper supervision. The nursery operates Monday to Friday during school holidays (except Christmas), and outside school holidays childcare may be available on request. Reservations can be made via [email protected]
or by phone at 06 28 32 70 71. A health record with up-to-date vaccinations (measles, tetanus, polio, diphtheria before 18 months and BCG) or a certificate of non-contagion issued less than 48 hours before departure must be presented on site.
For all bookings including a meal plan, proof of identification for children will be required to verify their agePlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Un peu compliqué quand on arrive de trouver l'hotel
La vue, le calme
La signalétique inexistante, le stationnement loin et peu pratique.
Chambre confortable avec une très belle vue (de côté ) sur la baie d’Agay .
Accès depuis le parking extérieur très compliqué (passage par un parking souterrain, beaucoup de marches) . Hotel situé dans un « Village » factice avec faux clocher sonnant les heures et les demi-heures. Animations bruyantes et trop tardives le soir. Le petit déjeuner buffet à 17€ est d’un très mauvais rapport qualité-prix : produits industriels (même le pain et les croissants), machines à boissons ne fonctionnant pas toutes, service aimable mais débordé. Piscine avec transats payants , 7€ l’après midi même si arrivée à 17h30, la piscine ferme à 19! Salle de bains très exiguë et une porte qui se rabat sur vous quand vous utilisez les toilettes

Wir realisierten nicht, dass dieses Hotel im grössten Feriendorf von Frankreich liegt🤭. Um das Hotel hat es Alles was man braucht. Eigentlich muss man nie aus dem Areal raus, es hat Alles, eben ein Feriendorf.

Ce complexe mériterait une rénovation complète. On voit que c’est dans son jus depuis les années 70 .. ce qui est bien dommage étant donné le prix. L’offre de restauration n’est pas au niveau et encore moins concernant le restaurant de l hôtel qui refuse de vous accueillir si vous n’avez pas choisi l’offre demi pension c’est assez surprenant ! Comme tjs pas assez de transat et ceux qui restent sont en mauvais état. Ns ne retournons pas dans cet endroit ayant été déçus.
Très beau cadre, belle vu. Village vivant malgré la première semaine de septembre. Personnel serviable et souriant. Village très intéressant avec son petit super marché U ses boutiques et ses restaurants. Plage à proximité.
Notre chambre était situé à côté des cuisines du restaurant de l’hôtel donc assez bruyante pendant le service.
Nous avons trouvé des insectes à notre arrivée dans l’entrée, que nous n’avons pas retrouvé par la suite de notre séjour.

Die kurze Entfernung zu den tollen Badebuchten und Restaurants in der Umgebung.
Hierbei handelt es sich um eine sehr große Ferienanlage mit hunderten Ferienwohnungen.
Beim Eintritt in das sehr einfache Zimmer des Hotels verschwand ein wenig die Urlaubsfreunde.
Beim Zutritt ins Schwimmbad bei so vielen Menschen kam es dann nochmals zu einer Enttäuschung.
Keine Liegen verfügbar und für diese müsste auch noch separat bezahlt werden. Wir haben am Betonboden unsere Sachen niedergelegt und keine richtige Abkühlung im Wasser erfahren. Das Hotel ist nur ein kleiner Bereich in dieser Anlage.
Das Problem ist die große Vielzahl an Ferienwohnungen und deren Bewohnern.
Bei der großen Anzahl vom Personen im Schwimmbad und deren Animation kam nicht allzu viel Urlaubsstimmung auf.
Beim nächsten Mal werden wir mehr darauf achten dass wir eine Unterkunft, Pool und Liegen nehmen, welche nur für die Hotelgäste bereitgestellt wird.
