Super frumoasa cazarea recomand cu încredere
The bar/entertainment room is really spacious. The room was a good size and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast spread and choice is fantastic. All the staff are lovely and welcoming.
The stairs to the dining area are quite steep and the door it is quite heavy. (But there is a lift. ) Although breakfast was mostly lovely the bacon was a little anaemic and the black pudding was solid.

Unfortunately there’s not much good I can say other than the staff were polite.
Very unclean. One of the 5 rooms we booked we were completely unable to use due to the cigarette smoke that hits you as you open the door. Which then meant we had to squeeze 2 people into one of the other 4 rooms. leaving a room we paid for unused. one of the rooms had a dirty tooth pick on the side, and the toilet didn’t flush. Another had an empty Doritos packet and fake nails still on the floor. When we approached the reception, the male was very polite but it was his first day. I felt really bad but he obviously didn’t know what to do, he was trying his best to get in touch by calling somebody which nobody answered so we had no choice but to squeeze in the other 4 rooms. Which were all so very debatable. We told the manager the following morning, which he responded to just take it up with booking.com which I have, but yet to hear back.

It was a decent little stay for the price I guess
The rooms felt like the floor was going to cave in. The rooms were also outdated severely. Staff who was there were not as friendly as advised, letting themselves in at all times. No central heating instead is a filament bulb what heats up. Bathroom was just about passable

Location spot on for Winter Gardens. Room small for the price but fine for one night. Comfy bed.
Quite slow service at check in and at the lounge bar.
Clean hotel. Has everything a hotel needs. Breakfast was perfect.to Start you for the day. Good bar. Comfortable bed. Most of all the staff are very happy. Location great. I would recommend staying in this hotel

There was nothing I did not like
Spent one night here. It was clean and tidy and the manager couldnt do enough for us. Breakfast was amazing. Location was near coral island so not far to walk. Will definately be staying again. Kids enjoyed the lift🤣

For what I paid it was terrific value for money and they allowed me to check in early. The room was a bit small but very good considering what I paid.
It was also a great location and breakfast was brilliant in the morning. It was a shame I wasn't more hungry as there was so much choice.
They also let me leave my suitcase as I had a late train which was very much appreciated.
It took a while for me to be served when I arrived.
The other minor bugbear was that the room could do with more plug sockets and in better locations. I had to unplug the TV in order to charge my phone. The only place I could charge my phone also meant it wasn't by my bedside at night. It would therefore be great if there was a plug socket by the bed.
