The rooms a compact but set up very well. The staff have been great friendly and professional. We opted for a late check out, normally 11am but for £25 we could stay to 3pm, Nava was great and sorted this for us. I have stayed in Z hotels in London and now Bath, they are value for money and always located perfectly. Bath Z hotel was cheapest on Booking.com at the time of booking and is right in the centre of Bath All the famous sites that we wanted to see were within a few minutes walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

The room is basically a bed for the night, with negligible provision for hanging clothes or laying out toiletries. A potential problem for someone who travels with a lot of luggage.
Location is perfect, breakfast is great value, staffs are friendly. Very good value!

The staff were very pleasant, polite and accommodating. Water and coffee facilities were good. We didn’t have breakfast
The room was a lot smaller than I thought it would be, one side of the bed was against the wall which was uncomfortable for the person sleeping next to the wall. The mattress was a bit like cardboard, very strange! The bathroom was the worst as it was frosted glass. You can see through it even though it’s frosted. Good job I love the hubby. We did have a good laugh about it. Access to the rooms needs to be more secure as anyone using the cafe facilities can use the lifts up to the rooms. Most hotels only have access by using the key card to the room.

Room was definitely as small as you could get for a double bed. Would be very cozy for two!
Location was great
The room was too small for two people, having to climb over someone to use the toilet was not good and couldn’t move around each other and nowhere to store your suitcase had to put it in the shower whilst not in use. Bathroom backed into the bed so hit feet when trying to get out of bed also, and only a couple of hangers as a wardrobe!!!

Quite often small things can let a hotel down, not in this case, everything was impeccable .

Obviously there isn't parking on site so you have to use a public car park. The rooms are very very small for the price but I guess you're paying for the location.
