Pros:

Location is excellent. Staff are friendly and efficient. No issue keeping our luggage up to 6pm on day of checkout. Room was compact but spotlessly clean and the bed was confortable. Sky cinema in the room was great.

Pros:

Alles gut. Einfach, aber Preis Leistung war top.

Cons:

Man konnte das Fenster nicht öffnen, die Badezimmer sind aus Glas. Man sollte es gerne hören, wenn der andere auf Klo ist :-/

Great location. Great look. First rate staff. Could not fault them

Cons:

Comfortable room but would have liked light switches my side of the bed. As there was no window and therefore no light coming in it meant I needed the light on when I woke up but I couldn’t access the switch.

Grazie Z Hotel abbiamo assistito alla Jane's Austen Parade
Pros:

Stanza molto moderna e automatizzata, in linea con i moderni Hotel con stanze usate per dormire e poco altro, in ogni caso comode, funzionali. Non mancava nulla. In centro a Bath, che comunque non è grande, Abbiamo mangiato un sandwich per cena e fatto colazione al mattino.

Cons:

Giusto un po' piccola, ma ci si adatta, senza problemi.

My room was a perfect base for my stay in Bath.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The bed was VERY comfortable. The room was very clean and everything worked perfectly. I enjoyed being in the centre of town.

Cons:

Would it be possible to provide instructions for working the air conditioning? The view from the window wasn't great, but never mind.

Pros:

Location was central, very close to train and bus stations. Very clean rooms, modern and comfortable, with all basic amenities available. Staff was extremely friendly.

Room is small, suitable for a solo traveler but might be a little tight for a couple.

Lovely, can’t wait to go back!
Pros:

The room felt clean and cosy, no open window but had a split system installed so I could get direct ventilation and cooling immediately. The staff were so lovely and kind. They accommodate late check out and the breakfast was yum!

Centrally located hotel, rooms very small but great shower!
Pros:

Great shower. Lovely reception area. Friendly staff. Spotlessly clean, crisp bed linen. Central location.

Cons:

Bed was positioned against the walls on 3 sides so one of us had to climb over the other to get out of bed. Don’t know why I paid extra for a window - the blind was broken and so we never saw out of it. No room to store suitcases - they had to go under the bed. Probably the smallest room I have ever stayed in, in my life!
