Lovely Cotswolds central place
Pros:

Central location. Comfortable large ensuite clean rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Allocated restrictive time for breakfast which had to be selected on arrival and could not be changed. Guests were asked to vacate tables for next guests time slot. WiFi insecure and no smartphone signal at the property or in the town.

Perfect getaway for some downtime and a reset.

33rd Anniversary Celebration weekend
Pros:

Staff were great (especially Angela on reception).
Food was lovely.
Location is great.

Cons:

Could have done with more cupboard space in the room. I think maybe a small fridge in the room would have been good to keep bottles of water or milk in as it was really hot in the room (but that would have been a nice to have just because it was so warm).

Nice hotel, although for the reasons stated above unlikely to return. Great location
Pros:

Location was excellent, parking too. The hotel had a lovely interior in the public areas and a garden area which was nice in the sun. Breakfast and breakfast room were good and staff generally friendly.

Cons:

No ironing board, the only iron was in what I can only describe as the servants quarters not good enough in my opinion. The entire staff disappeared just after 10pm leaving no reception facility and no bar. Never seen this ever before. The duvet in our room was ripped and springs were coming out the mattress too. Also no bath only a walk in shower.
