The location is beautiful, and the hotel has a lovely rustic and cozy feel.
Parking is available.
The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the bathroom is also very large.
I didn’t really like the breakfast.
The rooms were quite warm, and even with the windows open, there wasn’t much air coming in.
We used the fans, which helped a little, but they weren’t quite enough. Still, it was manageable.

Location- close proximity to attractions and River Windrush. Hotel has car parking.

One of the breakfast waitresses was very abrupt with a number of the guests including myself and should have been dressed more appropriately for serving breakfast (leggings not suitable)
Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Bourton. Staff were fantastic. A lovely relaxed feel made the hotel so welcoming

Most staff were friendly and helpful but there were some inconsistencies in their approach which were only noticeable on a two day stay.
