Pros:

Lovely landlord and staff. Felt very welcome.. good location, everything in walking distance, including the beach, wetherspoons,loads of charity shops and food places galore.

Very close to the main facilities. Excellent value for money.

Good stay
Pros:

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and the pub is in a great location

Cons:

The bedding was a little dated with stains and the room needed a good dust.. ie the fridge

The Bkack Swan
Pros:

Fabulous room. Such a comfortable sleep.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Lovely pub.
Great location.

Cons:

Noisy when the pub is open and a busy noisy street outside. Didn't really bother me though.

Pros:

It was everything we needed

Cons:

WiFi poor, blinds in bedroom need to be blackout, maybe some complimentary ear blockers for the noise outside ( mainly seagulls )

Would recommend and stay again.
Pros:

Central location, quiet area (we stayed on a weekday), family room with a separate bedroom was great for the three of us. Friendly host. Microwave and fridge in the room.

Cons:

It would be even better if there was some sort of a coffee table in the lounge area,and some more storage/a cupboard in the separate bedroom.
