4 channels on the TV , holes in the walls , noisy bus station kept waking up, couldn't open window because of the station noises and was way to hot with no fans in the room

An absolute sh*thole! Why is it featured on this site?
Pros:

Absolutely nothing..

Cons:

The whole place is extremely run down and shabby. Where some "upgrades" have been applied to the bathroom, it has been done very badly. The plaster in our room appears to have been subject to water damage. There are areas on the wall which have been filled, but not painted. Skirting boards have large gaps. The door to the bathroom is heavily damaged behind the door. The shower has been updated, but features a stupid door hinged just off the middle which made it awkward to get in and out.

The location was ok for commuting

Cons:

This was very run down the room was over looked by the bus station so very noisy i know they are renovating but really this was not not a nice clean place to be - i suppose this is why the room was cheaper than usual we left at 6am the next day as the noise just got worse.

I want my money refunded

The tv would not tune (wanted to watch the match)

Cheap and cheerful is what describes it best as staff are friendly and helpful
Pros:

Location was great, very near town centre , unfortunately next to bus station and buses start at 5 am running until midnight, so very noisy as had to have window open due to the weather .
Hairdryer ordered from Amazon when I emailed and asked if they had any so trying to satisfy customers

Cons:

The entire building has a distressed look and needs updating, carpets need replacing or definitely cleaning, walls need decorating, not got any air conditioning in the rooms . Our room was not serviced during our stay even though we put the note on the door asking for it to be done

Pros:

The towels were clean.

Cons:

The towels couldn't be used as the shower didn't work. Couldn't wash over the sink as there wasn't a plug. Didn't matter anyway as there was no hot water.
Shouting and doors banging well into the early hours. Paid £80 for this lovely experience. Would never stay here again.

Great staff and location
Pros:

Nice staff, and the room it was good. Location is right in front of the rail and bus stations, and very close to the town centre

Cons:

Maybe it was my room (19), internet connection was not great, I had to go to the reception or the hall to access it
