Établissement irresponsable.
Pros:

Le system de climatisation/chauffage a brisé dans un grand vacarme ce qui m'a réveillé de facon traumatisante. J'ai fermé le système. Difficulté à me rendormir, j'avais été trop réveillé en sursault.

Cons:

Le personnel au lieu de s'excuser m'a reproché de ne pas l'avoir averti pdndant la nuit alors que cela n'aurait rien changé à l'événement qui est arrivé. L'établissement n'a pas accepté sa responsabilité. À la fin ols m'accusaient qud c'était de ma faute si j'avais passé une mauvaise nuit.

I had dinner at the restaurant and it was very good and the wait staff and management were terrific.

Cons:

The facility is starting to get a little dated and an upgrade should be in the future.

I wish I could have stayed more than one day!
Pros:

Very welcoming and accommodating bi-lingual staff at reception. The view was outstanding from our room and the hotel is positioned perfectly to enjoy the parks, bars, and restaurants of St. Georges.
