Nothing
Breakfast was great, cooked and continental included, nice range of choices. Balcony room was spacious with a great view.
WiFi was poor, bar closed quite early.
Loved the proximity of the rooms backing onto the river.
Difficult access to car park
Stunning views lovely clean hotel

Die Lage ist phänomenal
Innen etwas altmodisch, aber nett
Scenery and lovely staff
I found someone hair brush under the curtains
Windows from outside in the room weren't clean, but I understand it would be a bit of challenge.
Lovely location alongside river and canal, railway station just over the lovely bridge, friendly and efficient staff, balcony was great, nice restaurant and bar with seating in and outside.
Weak shower over bath and curtain, cracked wash basin, no toilet brush, very warm hallways and room, struggling with two flights of stairs with cases.
Breafast was outstanding, service was wonderful. No complaints at all.
A lift would have helped but it is an old building and you have to make allowences
It’s definitely really nice place
Its should be lighted up at night , because at night it’s really dark and hard to walked around
Everything about this hotel is excellent. The location is superb nestled between the canal and the river Dee and to top it off our balcony looked at probably the best looking Victorian railway station, and we're completely surprised when a beautifully restored steam train pulled in to station
It would be great if it had a lift, but we knew that when we booked
Great location next to
Shower temperature difficult to control. WiFi and TV reception very poor, probably a result of geography and beyond control of the hotel.
