Pros:

Ett alldeles utmärkt hotell, väldigt fint och välstädat och en bra frukost som bjuder på det viktigaste man alltid väljer från frukostbuffén. Mycket trevlig personal, utmärkt läge. Vi är jättenöjda och kommer gärna fler gånger.

Cons:

Ett tips till hotellet är att bygga om det lilla köket i familjesviten lite och sätta in ett pyttelitet bord och barstolar som går att skjuta in under bordet för att skapa en sittyta i köket. Många av skåpen är ju tomma så genom att omdisponera lite går det kanske att få till en liten sittyta där man kan ta en kopp kaffe eller ett glas vin. Detta omdöme ska inte tolkas som negativt, bara ett tips.

Centrally located in London, with excellent breakfast, clean rooms, and friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel is located right next to an Underground station (Lancaster Gate) and Hyde Park. The continental breakfast was generous, for 5 pounds extra, the facilities were ideal (room, lift), and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return!

Pros:

Great small hotel. Run as a proper hotel, with everything you need. My room overlooked Hyde Park and double glazing worked fine to mute the road noise. Superb breakfast. Good value. Clean. Small room size but all I needed.

Pros:

Imbattable en terme de localisation, en face de Hyde Park, station de métro et arrêt de bus à deux pas, bars et restaurants proches, tout est à côté. Accueil efficace et chaleureux, nous avons pu déposer nos bagages avant le check-in et les laisser la journée de notre départ pour profiter pleinement du séjour. La chambre très propre, bonne literie nous avons très bien dormi. Excellent rapport qualité / prix pour Londres.

Comfort and Central Location in London with helpful friendly staff.
Pros:

Great central location with bus, tube and train access close by. We used GETT taxi app when we needed (these are London Black Cabs that can travel in the bus lanes - which is a big difference in traffic). Breakfast at £5 for expanded (lists of choices besides cereal) continental is best deal in town. We really appreciated having a fridge in our room. Taormina Italian Restaurant and Little Princess Dim Sum are around the corner along with The Swan a few doors down. There is also a minimart and pharmacy close by. All very convenient.

Cons:

No AC. It was an unusual heatwave. Luckily the window opened.
