Pros:

Zentrale Lage direkt am Italienischen Garten im Hye Park und quasi direkt neben der Tube-Station Lancaster Gate. Es gibt ein günstiges kontinentales Frühstück (5 Pfund pro Person). Man kann sich sogar Orangensaft frisch selbst pressen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer, das nicht zur Straße lag, weshalb es für die sehr zentrale Lage sogar sehr ruhig war. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend und unser Zimmer war auch für London-Verhältnisse recht groß. Bad war sehr modern und sauber.

Cons:

Die Fenster lassen sich - wie in vielen Hotels in London - nur einen Spalt öffnen. Dadurch war es recht stickig.

Nuit horrible à cause d'une chaleur excessive dans la chambre. Cimatisation ne fonctionnait pas.

Il faisait horriblement chaud dans la chambre. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai dû choisir entre le bruit quand j'ouvrais la fenêtre pour refroidir la chambre et avoir horiblement chand quand je la fermais.

Hele goede locatie (vlakbij metrostation en tegenover Hyde Park). Mooi pand met lift, prima en nette kamer en badkamer, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, goedkoop en uitgebreid ontbijt. Komt overeen met foto’s.

Cons:

Helaas geen airconditioning (stond ook niet in omschrijving, maar was met de hittegolf deze week wel erg welkom geweest), maar gelukkig wel een ventilator.

I'll come back without a doubt!
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The location is absolutely perfect, allowing easy access to a variety of attractions and dining options. The staff members are exceptionally cooperative and responsive, always willing to assist with any requests or questions. Additionally, there is an abundance of fantastic restaurants and interesting places to explore nearby.

Cons:

They might need better fans because temperatures are increasing across Europe, making it hard, at least for me, to sleep when the room is too hot.

Perfect for the few days in London.

So close to underground stations. On the route of the hop on/off bus.
