Perfect spot in London, extremely lovely staff and one of the best Hugo Spritz’s I’ve ever had!
Pros:

The location was fabulous and the pub was so great. Would visit even if we weren’t staying there.

Cons:

The stairs. But we knew that going in. If you are all the way at the top just know it’s a lot.

Good location, clean and friendly staff
Pros:

This out second stay at the Kings Arms. Great location within 5 mins walk of Oxford Street and Oxford Circus Tube station. Boutique style pub/hotel with rooms based on a theme which we like. Staff are very friendly and very helpful, willing to provide information/help and advice as necessary. Comfortable rooms with a good choice of breakfast cooked to your personal liking. We will be visiting again

Generally very good, except the issue with the physical bank card. Despite that, we will return when next in the area.
Pros:

Good location, comfortable, facilities and staff.

Cons:

You need a physical bank/credit card when checking in to go on your room. A lot of people these days have their cards on their phones and don’t carry cards. Also, not able to put the breakfast charge onto the bar tab, therefore having to do different payments on check out.

Just what we needed
Pros:

Gorgeous, quirky room, comfortable bed and clean spacious bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Very near to the theatre, shops and Tube station

Cons:

Liked everything, but unfortunately no alternative milk was available, so I was unable to have a hot drink with m breakfast.

Pros:

Loved the location, style and amenities of our rooms. Value was great as well.

Cons:

The only minor complaint is that one of our rooms (room 4) had a sink that would make a noise every 3-5 minutes.

A comfortable stay in a quiet street in Fitzrovia
Pros:

Great location in Fitzrovia, close to several Tube stations, in a quiet street.
Beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed, but of course being London , a quite tiny bedroom ( surprisingly large bathroom in Room 2, ‘the snug’ - somewhere to put the suitcase!)
Nice helpful staff

Cons:

As it seems all over London, an expensive night’s stay, particularly if you stay during the working week ( cheaper on weekends)
