Very good value for money. Brilliant staff
Pros:

Parking was ample, although front door took a moment to locate. Staff were brilliant; they were really helpful and seemed to care. Meal was excellent value for money. WE'll use this chain again.

Room key was out of shape and in danger os snapping (it did'nt)

Very expensive - £210 for 1 night stay in a standard room with no wi fi available.

A great cost effective stay.
Pros:

It was good to have fans available in the room as it was hot weather.
The dinner was very good. The bed was comfortable.
The cleaning staff were fantastic

Cons:

Would have liked a fridge in the room. The weather was very so a fridge would have helped keep drinks cool. There wasn't enough places to sit in the room. The meals were a little too expensive to eat there for every meal.

Could of been improved with some directions to staircase on the main doors
Pros:

Staff on arrival were very helpful

Cons:

Arriving at 11.40pm after a wedding, it was raining and no maun doors open was informed the hotel would be open till 12 midnight, then having to find the stairs, which we struggled to find on the other side of hotel in the pouring rain, we were wet through .

Ridiculously good value for money
Pros:

Nice big room in a good location above a really good restaurant. I was surprised at how good it was considering the low price! Comfy bed and really great big bath.

Cons:

Condensation or maybe a tiny leak from the bath made the floor a bit wet.

Could be a great place, good rooms and restaurant but staff need managing.
Pros:

Large comfortable room and good shower

Cons:

No WiFi access, despite a large number of staff we were kept waiting to check in, order food, and buy drinks. And tables in the bar weren’t cleaned but staff had time to chat and access their mobiles .
