Pros:

Location and friendly staff. Room was bigger than I expected and very quiet. Didnt hear entertainment downstairs at all.

Cons:

Breakfast was nice but bit late. 9.40 Sunday and 9 on monday. If your checking out at 10 its a bit of a rush.

Room was small and cramped with too much mismatched furniture. Bed sheets were laundered but had stains on sheets. Television ariel was a wire that was sellotaped together and hung down across the tv screen, which didn’t give a proper picture. The exceptional small bathroom was dated with a shower that wasn’t clean and too small to actually use

Good location and price but rather have paid abit more for a nice room
Pros:

Good location and in walking distance to the train station that’s why I chose this place. The bed looked uncomfortable but I did sleep ok. The price was good but the room needed a lot of TLc

Cons:

The room was nothing like the pictures on the booking com site. The toilet roll holder and no middle poll t hold the toilet roll and the light above the bed was in pieces and hanging of the wall. There was also brown circles on the ceiling. We had to check in by 6-00 in the end I phoned and said I my train wouldn’t get in until 6-30 and he gave me a number to ring once I arrived so I could check in that was the only time I saw Mike ?

Pros:

The manger was kind and helped me whenever I needed him. I liked that I was right by the sea front. The food was lovely round the area.

It was cheap location is good but nothing else was
Cons:

The property is very dated ,looks like something out of the 80s , I met the guy who runs it on Saturday but he was never there,my toilet had a leak which I wanted to report but couldn’t find anyone,the room was really hot

Pros:

Mark, the general manager, was very friendly and accommodating. My room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel in general is in urgent need of repair. Wallpaper peeling off walls and the general cleanliness could have been better. The worst thing for me was the smell of cigarette smoke in the hotel, which was quite prominent.
