Lovely location great hotel good entertainment
The staff are amazing. Ultra friendly and attentive. We stayed for 3 nights and in that time, reception staff recognised us and chatted with us, making us feel valued and welcome.
Room service staff were efficient, polite and friendly, smiling and again, making us feel valued.
Leaving the room key at Reception is a great idea. No worries of losing it or fumbling in your stuff for where you put it. Made things so much easier.
They also have a dedicated locked room for your luggage for when you vacate but still want to stay in the area a while longer.
On the whole, a very enjoyable stay.
I was initially disappointed that there was no fridge in the room. We brought our own mini fridge. Excellent for keeping our drinks cold.
Would loved to have had breakfast, but £10 per person (daughter is 12 and going thru a picky stage) seemed a bit steep and would have added £60 for our stay.
The elevator had a weird smell inside, like mould covered up with cleaning materials.
This was an exception though. Obviously the place isn't The Ritz and on the whole it was very clean and presentable.
Great location. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. Staff were attentive.
The shower in our room over the bath was merely a trickle at times so used the shower in our other family member's room.
