No lift. No hairdryer. Shower cubicle absolutely tiny.

Small shower but ok

More space!!

We hadden een kamer op de lower ground en het voelde alsof ik de kelder in ging. Smalle kleine gangetjes met heel veel deuren en een laag plafond voelde al claustrofobisch. De kamer was minuscuul en het leek alsof er een raam was, maar deze kon niet open en keek uit op een soort meterkast, dus helemaal niet naar buiten. Het bed was hard en de douche ijskoud. Wij zijn gelukkig niet groot, maar anders vraag ik me sowieso af hoe je zou kunnen douchen in die ruimte. Ik vond 130,- per nacht echt te veel voor zo’n kamer en ik vind dat het duidelijk moet worden vermeld dat je geen raam hebt. Ook in de kamer was het plafond erg laag en dat voelt nogal verstikkend. Ik was blij toen ik weer buiten in de frisse lucht stond.

There was not a kettle in the room and you needed to pay for coffee cups. Bed was too firm for my liking

Wasn’t aware the room was so small, barely room for two people to stand! No hot water for showers. Nothing done when reported this. Drain smells. can hear underground - we were lower ground floor.

The rooms were too small, even for a compact hotel. The bed is too short and I couldn’t fully extend my legs as it was jammed against a wall at the foot.

The shower is too cramped and you have to choose between having a shower curtain stuck to you or water going everywhere.

Room and Bathroom/Shower very small for space, thankfully being a slim build I managed, but it was very tight. The bed was ok, but the mattress rather hard, and not very giving. Very little room for hanging clothes etc...

We only ended up staying for one night at the hotel. One arrival, the beds were extremely hard and I’ve had a hip operation. I spoke to two members of staff to see if we could get a couple of quilts that I could use to pad the mattress out. Both staff said no and there was nothing they could do. I have never in my life slept on such a solid mattress, where it makes a loud spring noise every time you move even a little bit, and one that has spring that dig into you. It was the worst night sleep I’ve had in a hotel! The staff couldn’t do anything and had literally nothing to offer us. The next day I asked if other rooms were different to move rooms, they said no they are the same. I then had to stay to stay somewhere else. It was awful. Also, to iron clothes, you get a tiny table ironing board but the room has no table to iron on, you have to sit on the floor. It’s not very clean either.

Very basic for the price.

Room was quite small - bathroom and shower were a bit of a squeeze. No storage, but ok for a night or so. Good locality for cafes etc
