Pros:

The girl on reception that showed us to our room was extremely helpful and very friendly to chat to, she also served breakfast the next morning. Location and garden was lovely

Staff did everything possible to make us comfortable.
Pros:

A good choice of continental and cooked breakfast, with a choice of location to suit all.
Attentive staff ensured orders were taken as soon as we were ready, and also providing any extras they were able to.

Cons:

Our room was close to the road and though facing the setting sun, so warm, we couldn't leave a window open.
However a fan was provided which we used throughout the night.

Abends bei belegten vier Tischen im Restaurant keine Kapazitäten zu haben ohne Reservierung bzw mit längerer Wartezeit aufs Essen. Das Frühstück war mäßig. Die Matratzen waren nicht mehr die neuesten- auch der Ausseneindruck ist ungepflegt, Griller zb komplett verdreckt

Lyme Regis is lovely this hotel although convenient does need lots of upkeep.
Pros:

Good location and car parking is a bonus in Lyme Regis. Staff were great and couldn’t be more helpful. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Needed cleaning in areas and if you are over 6’ tall be prepared to have a permanent stoop. Hotel very tired looking and upkeep clearly an issue.
