Central location for the walk we did
The shower in the room the temperature you couldn’t control and was very hot a child using it could have badly burnt themselves , one of our walkers was in that room before our walk and reported it 5 days earlier and still hadn’t been fixed
Staff, location, value, willingness to assist. Breakfast and Sunday lunch were more than acceptable
Bar can get lively late into the evening.

Room was clean and tidy. Location was excellent for our cycling trip. Breakfast was fine for our needs.

The hotel was a great location and we was able to park, the staff were really nice it was a lovely stay
The breakfast and the evening meal that I had in the bar was excellent. There is a lovely 1.5 mile walk to Hawdraw falls/ the historic Green Dragon pub (it was the inside of the Drovers on Ch5's All Creatures Great & Small). Well worth booking to see the Red Squirrels (a short drive nearby) at the Hawes Visitor Centre. The room was very comfortable.

Staff at reception for checking in and out, plus queries and serving were great. Well organised. Also v.responsive to queries before arrival. No problems. Twin room was spacious with a great view over the Dale. Was pretty quiet and restful. Good tea making facilities and full info. Breakfast was fab too.
Couldn't find the remote for the A/C but didnt ask as we had a fan. The shower was let down a bit by water pressure issue,
