It’s in a secluded area which made it feel very private. The hotel and its rooms sit feet away from the beach, which is mesmerising and a lot of the time it felt like we had the beach to ourselves.we stayed in the family room which is over 2 floors. 2 single beds on the ground floor, a queen bed and sofa on the second floor. It felt like a home away from home.
There wasn’t a great deal of natural light in our particular room and the lighting was a bit poor. Having viewed some of the other rooms, I felt there could be more light out in the room to compensate for the loss of natural light.

Everything! From the location on the beach, the lovely cottage we stayed in, the menu was varied and tasty, and the staff always obliged and were cheerful. We didn't need to go anywhere else and just enjoyed relaxing under the palm trees, walking along the beach, and swimming in the wonderful warm sea. We would definitely visit again. Thank you 😊
Absolutely nothing!
The bay and beach are lovely. Good restaurant too.
Not a criticism of the hotel, but there has been significant development in recent years at the bay behind and around the beach, which is ongoing and will in time make the beach much busier. We used to visit for the day some years back when La Sagesse was the only thing there, so this was a surprise.
It felt distinctly local. I liked the scale as well. It really has a boutique hotel vibe.
The beach… but I really blame that on the construction of the six senses development at the other end of the beach.

We first visited La Sagesse 32 years ago and have returned many times. This is the best place to stay in Grenada. Amazing location, excellent value, great food and drinks, and unmatched hospitality. Highly recommend.

Frühstück wurde als Auswahl verschiedener Varianten angeboten und als Portion serviert. Kaffee oder Tee konnte nachbestellt werden und Extras wie z.B. Bacon gegen Aufpreis dazugestellt werden. Portionen waren ausreichend.
Die Lage des Boutique Hotels ist atemberaubend schön in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Atlantik. Zimmer gibt’s mit und ohne AC. DAS Personal überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die angebotenen Speisen im Restaurant waren sehr gut bei normalen Portionen bei gehobenem Preisniveau.
Der vor Ort bezahlte Preis für die Übernachtung mit Frühstück war deutlich höher als der von booking.com angegebene Preis bei Buchung. Es entsteht dort in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft ein großes Resort.
Auf den gebuchten Preis incl. Tax wurden die Zuschläge nochmals draufgepackt 😳

Wow, what a spectacular place to stay. The staff, the location, the FOOD!! All spectacular! La Sagesse is out of this world and is one of the best places (if not the best) to stay on the island. If anyone is reading reviews deciding where to stay on Grenada, this should be top of your list.
Nothing to dislike
The view, the beach, the room was nice
It’s the first time I stayed in a hotel with no tv, and I was disappointed cause coming from New York, i need to know what’s going on around me, also the distance is too far from town, and the 1st driver name Anthony was charging us 80us, just to pick us up from the hotel to the venue and bring us back, he was robbing us and I didn’t appreciate that. Also for that price breakfast should be included.
The staff were very friendly and very accommodating- taxi man John was extremely helpful with getting up and down to St George’s
