Pros:

В отеле самостоятельное заселение, интерьер современный аккуратный, комнаты чистые, я жил в номере с балконом, выходящим на тихую липовую улицу, общий балкон выходит на противоположную сторону с видом на мтацминду. Локация топчик, за сухим мостом. Возможно, благодаря хейтерам, которые не смогли найти дверь или ждали служащих гостиницы, я жил больше недели в пустом современном недорогом и качественном отеле один. Лучшие впечатления

Очень уютный красивый отель. Всего несколько номеров, внутри очень стильно. Тихая улица, чтоб до него дойти, нужно подняться немного в гору, для меня не критично, но умейте в виду. Улучшили мой номер на номер с балконом, за что вдвойне приятно)вход по коду, если не пришел, спросите заранее) спасибо огромное, еще раз с удовольствием остановлюсь)

everything。这简直是噩梦一样的房间，在居民区小巷的旧楼的一个房间，一切都是破旧而肮脏的，甚至我开淋雨的时候，最开始出来的水是黄褐色的，吓得我都不敢洗澡。马桶盖也坏的，跟马桶分离了，马桶连冲水也不能，没有任何值得的地方绝对不建议，页面的照片都是美化了10000倍的。

Carina la zona comune e il terrazzino al piano primo

Cons:

Difficile da trovare, quartiere un po periferico. Odore di scarico nel bagno. Host quasi assente. Climatizzatore funzionante a momenti. Non molto comodo per raggiungere a piedi il centro ( old town)

The hotel is in a quiet area and walkable distance to the bus stop and markets. The staff were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Good breakfast. Fast WiFi.

Nice stay in Tbilisi
Pros:

Big and light room, we enjoyed interior. Owner is friendly and very kind person who was in touch with us before our arrival to assist the process. AC is quiet, bed is comfortable, shower place is roomy and clean. Hotel is on a nice little street, 15 minutes walk to good restaurants and attractions.

Cons:

Sometimes you may feel light smell of water from bathroom if you don’t close a door fully for a day or night.
