Paradise Hotel

Salon bez okna,bardzo małe okienko w sypialni bez możliwości otwarcia,wilgoć- ręczniki szybkoschnące nie wysychały.Brak parkingu, który był podany w ofercie. Śniadania takie same każdego dnia(bardzo słabe)- jedno jajko,jedna paróweczka dwie kromki chleba kawałek margaryny zamiast masła i malutki kawałek serka.
Brak możliwości wypicia kawy.Brak pilota do klimatyzacji.

We chose this hotel mainly because it was close to the airport, as we only needed to stay for a few hours before our flight. We arrived around 2 PM and planned to check out around 1 AM.

The hotel was easy to locate, but unfortunately, the experience was not very good from the beginning.
We were then given a room right next to the entrance. The room had almost no soundproofing, so it felt like we were sleeping next to the road. We could hear traffic clearly, as well as staff constantly arguing, shouting and being aggressive at the reception area. This was very uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially because we were only there to rest before our flight. The room was hot. When we asked about the air conditioning remote, we were simply told that "no AC". The window opened directly towards the hallway, so we couldn't really keep it open either — especially because of the constant noise. If a hotel doesn't provide air conditioning, having a basic fan available should at least be an option.

Later, when we went out to get something to eat, there was another uncomfortable interaction. As we were closing the door, a man forced us to turn off the light, which we found quite strange.

The lady who showed us the room also repeatedly told us not to dirty the room and mentioned something about the plumbing. We obviously had no intention of damaging or dirtying anything, so the way it was communicated felt quite uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, the bed sheets also looked very old and did not feel particularly clean. I could even feel dust irritating my nose while lying in bed.

We eventually left around 1 AM for our flight. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. We felt, we are staying at someone's house for free.

They called two times asking if we'd arrive. I told them we would be there late night because we had stuff to do first and asked if it was problem or if they had specific times of day for check-in. They answered it was no problem, they were just checking if we would really arrive. I said yes, definitely, but late. When we arrived at the site they said they had cancelled our booking. I asked on what grounds as I confirmed twice we were arriving late. The administrator was clearly displeased but after several requests to give proper answer, she asked for my ID and checked us in. She speaked Russian and refused to speak in Georgian on purpose, even though she could (she did after several requests to do so because my roommate didn't understand Russian and he didn't have to, we are in Georgia, not Russia or any other country and Georgian is native language here!). Every time she saw us outside the room she followed us and asked if we were leaving, which is completely unprofessional and unethical. The room was more or less clean but the bed is so hard, you are basically laying on springs and wood. And the drinks in the reception fridge are overprised (like three times the market price).
