Exceptionally friendly helpful staff. Came to our rescue when we were in a bit of a bind. The breakfasts are remarkable. The restaurant is interesting and good. We enjoyed the local wines and the craft beer produced at the Inn.
Nothing
Breakfast: indeed the star of the show - many dishes, with ingredients prepared on site with local supplies very tasty and the variety is quite high - struggled both days to finish everything.
The overall place - cosy, retreat like feeling, with lounges and chairs in the garden, even with one of the local bread making ovens. The beer they serve in the lounge is great - feels very fresh and it has quite a great selection. Prices are close to London level just fyi - not a drawback just a fact.
Finally the place is a short 10 mins drive to town, if you have car no issue, if you don't, local taxi is available but you have to pay roughly 15 GEL one way
Side note: there's a shortcut from the place to the Bodbe Monastery through the forest which makes it only 5 mins away.
Context: We booked the double room for 2 nights roughly 2.5 months earlier and were given the budget double room. This room (room 1 and 2) is downstairs next to where the reception, check in/out, bar/kitchen and breakfast happen. The room was small could barely open the luggage in the room. The balcony spacious but it smelled like sewage outside so we didn't use it. Also it's the season so it was full of bugs. Being so close to the breakfast area you hear everything. They start preparing the breakfast at 7:30am and you could hear the cutlery and plates. Don't think they do it in purpose but the proximity makes it that.
The service: while we explain when we arrived that we'd prefer to get the room we booked the lady at check in seemed confused and said they are fully booked and there's nothing we can do. When we showed the booking page she seemed even more confused and asked to take pics of the booking page. She mentioned she'll try to get us something for 2nd night. After that exchange she never once mentioned anything related to the room across 2 days. We assume she didn't want the hassle therefore pretended it didn't happen. It was more convenient this way.
All in all the place is great and has potential but they can work on the service a bit.

Находятся в уединенном месте. Красиво. Очень приветливая молодая девушка на ресепшен. Дали розетку, что бы зарядить машину. Пиво вкусное, цена высокая 300 мл = 300 рублей. Номер в современном эко-стиле. Вкусный завтрак, много, разнообразно.
Номер маленький, весь в виноградных клопах, т.к. сетки на окнах плохо прилегают. Ну мы почистили и вроде больше не налетали) Когда приехали, пошли в кафе на ранчо, что бы сделать заказ. И мы явно помешали чилить местному персоналу)) Ну очень недовольны были нашим приходом. Выглядело неприятно, не стали заказывать. Завтрак разносят, кстати, женщины тоже с максимально недовольными лицами.
The property and the ranch are amazing, and the staff is really good. It was a nice comfortable common spaces.
Our room had a weird stench, almost like a sewage stench. Which just wouldn’t go.

Gorgeous ranch on a hillside with friendly horses & dogs, an on-site brewery and restaurant. Short drive into Singhnaghi. Stunning views. Beautiful, clean room with a balcony looking over the view.
While the breakfast was plentiful - my partner and I were both sick after eating breakfast on our first morning which was disappointing. I noticed that the cheese and yoghurt seem to be left out uncovered for a while where flies can get to it which may have been the cause. Other than that, it was very nice, especially the pancakes, but would be great to see food covered to ensure people don't get ill.
