Great stay in the heart of Tbilisi Old Town
Pros:

We stayed in a room for four, with one double bed and two single beds. The location is excellent, right in the Old Town, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. The room was clean, had good Wi-Fi, and included a comfortable seating area in addition to the beds. Complimentary water and tea-making facilities were a nice touch.

The hosts were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. There is also a pleasant outdoor seating area to relax in. The bathroom is a little dated and could use some refreshing, but overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend it.

Ну что сказать, цена качество оправданы)
Мы уже останавливались в данном отеле и сделали это снова. На одну ночь нас отель полностью устраивает. Выбираем его для ночлега из-за двух причин:
1. Месторасположение идеальное
2. Очень классная веранда
Ну и не могу не отметить персонал, который всегда поможет. Так же хочу отметить отдельно менеджера, с которой общалась до заселения. Мне очень хотелось заменить номер на этаж выше и мне пошли на встречу и предоставили несколько вариантов, по той же цене , на выбор. Это круто и подчеркивает ваш сервис)

Haftalar önceden otel bakmaya başlayan ve 3 kişi olduğumuz için çok otel eleyen bir grup adına yazıyorum 🤗🥰 İşletmeci bize çok yardımcı oldu. 3 öğretmen kadın gittik kocaman odada çok rahat ettik. Her gün biz çıktıktan sonra temizlendi. Kahve bile koymuşlardı bolca biz içelim diye bitirmiş olabiliriz 🤣 türk kahvesi yapmak istedik ocak verdiler 🤗Bahçesi çok güzel sigara içmeye çıkıyorduk. Yeri çok iyi az kalsın o ünlü caddeden tutacaktık ama gideceklere önerim başka otel bakmayın burayı tercih edin. Dönüşte batuma gidecektik sabah 4 de uyanıp bizi götürdü çok teşekkür ederiz 🥰♥️♥️ güvenilir bir cadde ve güvenilir bir işletme

Pros:

Das kleine und feine Hotel liegt im Hinterhof und ist von der Straße nicht zu erkennen. Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal war jederzeit verfügbar und hat mir auch beim öffnen des Koffer mit Werkzeug geholfen ☝️ 💪.

Die Lage ist super. Direkt in der Altstadt mit unzähligen Restaurants in der Nähe die auch super Frühstückssngebote haben. Auch wenn es in der Altstadt liegt war es ein wirklich ruhiges Zimmer.

Das Zimmer war groß das Bad sauber. Alles in allem hatten wir einen super Aufenthalt. Beim nächsten Trip kommen wir gerne wieder hier her.

Очень уютный отель. Чистые и комфортные номера. Замечательный дворик. Прекрасный персонал, очень приветливый и отзывчивый. Удобное месторасположение. Всем советую. И сами еще вернемся ни один раз.

Все супер! Встретил очень приветливый администратор, все показал, рассказал) Номер чистый, аккуратный, есть все необходимое (тапочки, полотенца, посуда, чайник, шампуни). Находится во дворике, что создает тишину в любое время.

You get what you pay for, and the location is perfect.
Pros:

Location is great. Easy to find, right in the centre off the main drag and reasonably quiet for sleeping. Staff was nice - not much English but welcomed us and helped us when needed. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We felt safe.

Cons:

The room overlooks an abandoned building project with rubbish dumped in it. The Wifi was very slow and sometimes we gave up trying to use it. We couldn't make the A/C work even with help. The shower tray leaked and left a pool of water on the floor, sticky tape had been used to try to waterproof the edges of the shower. The toothbrush holder kept falling off the wall. I also don't like hotel owners asking me to write a fantastic review for them. If the hotel is fantastic, I will write a fantastic review. The hotel was fine for what we paid - we were happy to stay there. If you want luxury you have to pay more.

Pros:

Az Óváros szívében, turista szempontból kiváló helyen található, a főbb látványosságok mind sétatávon belül elérhetők. Ehhez képest egész jó árban is van, a személyzet pedig segítőkész.

Cons:

Mint a nagyobb városokban általában, a központ azt is jelenti, hogy elég zajosak az éjszakák. A szoba hármunknak egy kicsit kicsi volt, de csak aludni mentünk vissza. A hosszabbítókat viszont érdemes lenne cserélni, mert elég lazán tartotta csak a töltőinket, nehézkes volt a használatuk.
