Прекрасное расположение
Pros:

Отличный отель в самом центре Тбилиси! Мы останавливаемся здесь уже второй раз и снова остались очень довольны. Уютная атмосфера, удобное расположение и, самое главное, очень приятные и гостеприимные хозяева — всегда доброжелательные и внимательные к гостям.
Чувствуешь себя здесь как дома. С удовольствием будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и обязательно вернёмся сюда снова! Спасибо за тёплый приём и гостеприимство!

Pros:

We had a great stay here! The location is perfect — right in the heart of Tbilisi, with everything within easy walking distance. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Pros:

The owner was very nice and helpful. We could have left the car in the parking lot after the hotel day was over. It’s located right in the middle of Old Tbilisi.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room was not that nice as the owner, the shower cabin was damaged, the door did not close. There was an unpleasant smell of chlorine.

Great stay in tbilisi
Pros:

Very nice stay in tbilisi,owner is kind and helpful,we were on the ground floor but it was not loud at all. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to a friend. Parking was included and location was excellent :) definitely worth the money

Cons:

Bathroom could do a little improvement,but it was just a minor issue :)

Достоинства отеля: любезный и заботливый хозяин, расположение в центре старого города, тихий, уютный дворик с диванчиками, возможность парковки, демократичная цена.

Cons:

Во-первых, недостоверная информация. В описании номера указаны: терраса, микроволновка, диван, тостер, сушильная машина, дополнительный туалет (?), плита - так вот, всего этого НЕТ! Во-вторых, номер хоть и не маленький, но не уютный, кровать возле входной двери. В-третьих, убитый крошечный санузел, душевая кабина разваливается, неприятный запах сырости. В-четвёртых, старые матрасы. Из-за старости всего - от потертого, вздутого ламината до разномастных светильников, половина из которых не работает, все кажется не очень чистым. О дизайне отеля я уж не говорю, о вкусах не спорят. Короче, владельцу желательно провести полную реконструкцию или как минимум, обновить душевую кабину и матрасы.

המיקום מצוין. החדר נחמד. העובד היה מאוד נחמד ועזר בכל מה שצריך כולל להעלות מזוודות במדרגות

הריח מהביוב במקלחת, ברגע שפותחים את הדלת הוא עוטף את כל החדר. גם המיטות קצת ישנות, הקפיצים מורגשים קצת וחורקים

Проживали в начале сентября. Замечательный персонал,.Отель находится в самом центре Тбилиси. До всех достопримечательностей рукой подать. Тихо и безопасно. Обязательно вернемся в этот гостеприимный отель.

Pros:

L'emplacement au calme, dans une cour en plein centre de Tbilissi, à quelques pas des restaurants et des lieux d'intérêt. L'extrême gentillesse du patron (ne parle pas anglais) et de sa fille (parle anglais par WhatsApp. La chambre, simple, propre et efficace.

Vraiment rien à redire !!

Pràctic sense grans luxes
Pros:

Lloc ben situat, sense gaires luxes però amb la comoditat suficient per un o dos nits a la part vella de la ciutat. Té parquing exterior però força còmode si tens cotxe a la ciutat ja que el parquing no és gens facil.

Cons:

El llit no és molt còmode, i potser és dels llocs que no estava tant net com a la resta. Hem estat bé senzillament.
