I would recommend this family owned hotel in the center of the city.

Отель очень аутентичный, находится рядом с основными достопримечательностями города. Тетя Майя и дядя Муран - прекрасные люди, очень гостеприимные и доброжелательные. Мы чувствовали себя как дома. Отель может организовать тур в пещеру Прометея и другие достопримечательности. Очень рекомендую Чвени Калаки, отличный отель!

Great location — right in the city center, with everything nearby. The host was very welcoming and friendly. There is also a shared kitchen that guests can use, which was very convenient. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay 😊

Cons:

The only downside was the room with the balcony. It is quite small, and because of the balcony door and windows facing the very center of the city, it can be very noisy, even on a regular day. I think this issue mainly concerns only the balcony room.

Danke an die Besitzerin von dem Hotel für sehr herzlichen Empfang.
Wir sind erst in der Nacht angekommen, aben wir uns nicht gestört gefühlt. Wir haben den Angebot da zu frühstücken in Anspruch genommen. War lecker!
War Hammer, dass am letzten Tag hat die Besitzerin zu Grüne Basar begleitet und beraten was wir kaufen können.
Danke Maja! wir kommen wieder!

Miły pobyt
Pros:

Polecam. Hotelik położony w samym centrum miasta. Super lokalizacja. Miła domowa atmosfera, właściciele bardzo sympatyczni gościnni i pomocni. Pokój czysty z prywatną łazienką i klimatyzacją.Do dyspozycji również kuchnia, w której można swobodnie przygotować posiłki.
Właściciele w ofercie mają również wycieczki po okolicznych atrakcjach. Pan kierowca wszędzie zawiózł, wytłumaczył gdzie iść i kupić bilety. Na koniec dnia również miła niespodzianka- gruziński poczęstunek ;). Warto skorzystać z wycieczki, jeśli pogoda na to pozwala.
Wspaniali właściciele. Jeśli będziemy ponownie w Kutaisi, na pewno znów się u Państwa zatrzymamy ;)

Домашний отель в старинном доме в самом центре Кутаиси. Во дворе, на втором этаже. Несколько вполне достойных номеров, с удобствами в номере. Чистейшее постельное бельё! Хорошие , не маленькие номера. Фен, мыло, шампунь, гель. Утюг можно взять.
Самое главное: гостеприимство хозяев!!! Майя просто душа!!! Встречает! Помогает! Старается накормить, рассказать об окрестностях. Очень радушные люди! Рекомендую для 2-3х- суток в Кутаиси. До центральной площади, ресторанов 3-5 минут пешком. Рынок 2 мин. Есть трансфер по ближайшим экскурсиям и в Цхалтубо! От аэропорта Кутаиси по приложению Болт 23 Лари. 25 минут ехать.

Отель расположен в самом центре! Все что мы хотели посмотреть музей и галереи в нескольких минутах пешком. Вокруг множество кафе и ресторанов. Вечером гуляя по центу обнаруживали приятнейшие дворики. Утром проснулись под пение птиц. Хозяйка понравилась невероятно! Провели вечер за беседой на ее кухне за чашкой чая.
