We stayed here several times and prefer this hotel to others in Tbilisi because it is really good hotel and the best value for money we found over time. Recommend it.
Over the last ~2 years we stayed here for the fourth time. It is the best value for money. Perfectly clean room, nice welcoming host family, excellent location, silent neighborhood. Perfect for us!

Absolutely terrible experience. This property is advertised online as a hotel, but it is actually just a room rental. The listing is misleading and gave me the impression I was booking a hotel, which was not the case.
The host had an extremely poor attitude and was unprofessional throughout my stay. I felt misled by the listing and disappointed by how the situation was handled.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering booking here don’t book this. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. The property is advertised as a hotel, and the host also told me it was a hotel with cleaning service. However, when I arrived, it turned out to be just a room rental, and there was no cleaning service as promised. I felt completely misled by the listing and the information provided.
The room was dirty and in terrible condition. It clearly had not been properly cleaned before my stay. When I raised my concerns, the host was unprofessional and had a very bad attitude instead of trying to resolve the issues.
To make matters worse, I felt pressured by the host to leave a positive review despite my negative experience. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this property stay away. If you expect an honest listing, a clean room, and professional service, you are likely to be very disappointed

駅から徒歩20分ほどだが、坂道があったり車通りが激しいのである国は難しい。
清掃も良くなく居心地が良くなかった。
シャワー室は水が流れず洗ってもくれないので臭いまま。
9泊したがタオルもシーツも変えてもらえず、自分で洗濯することに。
他にも、玄関のキーが壊れて入れなかった、受付は居ないのでチェックインでは外で待たされる。
ベビーベッドがついてるのに大人用の壊れたベッドを用意される。
など、酷い宿であり滞在しているだけで疲れた。
