Pros:

The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming! The location is excellent. The room even provided a bottle of local wine for the guests! We enjoyed our stay!

The best hotel in Mestia
Pros:

This is a great hotel located in the beautiful Mestia. The room is very big and beds are comfortable. Great view from our balcony. Great breakfast and great coffee.

Great facilities, spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. Gorgeous view of Mestia village and svan towers. But the best is the service. Tedo and team are amazing, tried everything to the best to make our stay perfect. We had to cut a day short due plan changes and Tedo made the arrangements for us. Everything is wonderful.

There is smells from the bathroom. But it just happened on our last nights (we stayed for 5 nights). Overall, very good experience.

Великолепный отель, в который хочется вернуться.
Pros:

Мы провели здесь с семьёй чудесные два дня, и у нас остались очень тёплые впечатления. Здесь понравилось всё: атмосфера, чистота, заботливый персонал, отличный сервис и вкусные завтраки.
Особенно запомнился первый день, когда мы были единственными гостями отеля — в середине апреля, в межсезонье, это ощущалось почти как что-то волшебное. Было очень тихо, уютно и по-настоящему спокойно.
Для нас бесплатно повысили категорию номера, и это стало очень приятным сюрпризом. Отдельное большое спасибо администратору Тедо — за внимание, доброжелательность и искреннее желание помочь. Он подробно рассказал нам о достопримечательностях Местии, подсказал, куда лучше поехать, а куда не стоит, и благодаря его советам наш отдых стал ещё лучше.
Спасибо всей команде отеля за это тепло, заботу и ощущение, что гостям здесь действительно рады. Такие места запоминаются надолго.

It was perfect! I would definitely choose this hotel again!
Pros:

Tedo was an amazing employee at Gistola Hotel; he constantly went above and beyond to make sure his guests were happy.
He was very kind, attentive and professional! I can tell he truly loves his job - which is a rare thing to see! His English is excellent and he's clearly very knowledgeable and well-educated on his country’s culture and history. I especially appreciated that he took the time to show us one of the oldest defensive towers, uniquely built by women - a kind gesture he didn’t have to make but one that made our trip even more memorable. Tedo fulfilled all our needs and made our stay unforgettable. Thank you, Tedo - wishing you continued success in everything you do!

Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommendes, bemühtes und hilfsbereites Personal. Das bisher einige Hotel mit Müsli und Obst, es gab sogar Kaviar und Lachs. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt einen Pool zum Entspannen. Toller Ausblick vom Balkon mit Hollywoodschaukel. Das Zimmer ist eher eine gesamte Wohnung. Und die einzigen Kissen bisher, die nicht zu hart waren.

Cons:

Schade, dass die Sauna extra und viel zu viel kostet (halber Übernachtungspreis), ich hab sie deswegen nicht genutzt.
