Amazing service! The General Manager was super nice, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and have great views. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Cons:

The mattress was not comfortable.

There was a lot of loud noise from wood-cutting.

Internet on and off all time not possible to rely on it and to work.

This hotel has unbeatable views of Mestia, huge rooms, super comfortable beds, and a great pool for the kids. The food was marvelous, and Tedo along with the entire team provided flawless service from check in to check out!

This hotel has the most amazing view of Mestia. Honestly no other place even comes close! The property is 5 years old and beautifully maintained with huge rooms and incredibly comfy beds. The pool is a fantastic bonus when traveling with kids. We really enjoyed the restaurant, which had marvelous service and a great mix of traditional and regular food. Check in and check out were perfectly smooth. Tedo and the whole team really made our stay special, delivering a level of service I have never seen before in a hotel. Highly recommend!

Pros:

El restaurante y la carta de vinos/cócteles muy bien y la atención de todo el personal. En especial la atención de Tedo, que ademas de estar super atento a todo nos ayudó a elegir las excursiones con los guías locales y nos ayudó un poco haciendo de traductor con el chófer. Volveremos.

It was one of the best experience I ever had.
The staff are so friendly. The response is amazing. The view and the city are worth free to visit and watch.

Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel
Heerlijk ruime kamer met een goed bed. De douche was fenomenaal. Heb genoten van het zwembad en het terras met uitzicht. Het ontbijtbuffet was ook heel goed.
