Pros:

Zitje buiten, wasmachine gratis te gebruiken, ruime kamer, vriendelijke eigenaar.
Badkamer oke, schone lakens en handdoeken.
Was ook handig dichtbij bushalte en winkeltjes.

Cons:

De keuken was erg klein en onhandig en niet al te schoon.

Great for budget travellers.
Pros:

Lady is amazing. She was waiting for me, offered help. I asked for iron, she give in the same moment. For budget stay this place is really good. Location is great, walking distance to city centre.

В ДОМЕ БЛОХИ! А ТАКОЙ ГРЯЗИ Я В ЖИЗНИ НИГДЕ НЕ ВИДЕЛА.Единственное, что сделали перед заселением это вынесли мусор и поменяли постельное белье.
Расскажу все по порядку
я заселилась и конечно же сразу заметила , что грязно, но добродушие хозяйки все таки моё сердце покорило и я решила , что отмою всё сама и останусь.Пол был настолько грязным как будто его просто никогда там не моют .Ванна вся в грязи, волосах, стульчак внутри с говном(простите), я вымыла всё сама при этом…(просить таких хозяев бесполезно, понятное дело, что уберутся так же хреново)

НО переночевав я заметила, укусы по всему телу и я поняла, что это блохи или клопы (думаю там есть и то и то) Вообщем потом я нашла трупы блох, просто опешив, я моментально собрала вещи , сняла нормальную квартиру и затем перемывала и перестирывала все вещи и одежду ещё три дня. Деньги я просить обратно не стала даже
Долго думала «портить» ли рейтинг , НО люди должны знать правду, я решила.
ТАМ АНТИСАНИТАРИЯ, не смотря на высокую оценку, видимо люди привыкли жить в такой грязищи и с блохами и им норм. Мне не понравилось, что ещё тут добавить.

Wonderful guest house
Pros:

Wonderful guest house. Beautiful old design, with a nice garden. The room was really spacious, with a chair and a desk where I could work, and the air-condition was great.
Kathia is the best host ever. She is really amazing. Everything I needed was answered, like reading lamp near the bed, she even stored my extra luggage for when I will come back in a few months!!!!
we had a very interesting conversations about Georgia and the neighbourhood where the guest house was located. She speaks good English so it was very convenient. I felt very comfortable and relax, like living in a relative house.

Cons:

A little difficult to find, with no signage out the front. This is not strictly a hotel, instead it is a pension just like most other accommodation in Georgia. Neighbourhood is generally a bit dilapidated but that's not unusual for Georgia either!

Ev sahibine çok teşekkür ederim.
Pros:

Tesis sahibi hanımefendi çok iyi. Tek masalı bahçesi var. Mutfağı istediğiniz gibi kullanabiliyorsunuz. 2 yan tarafında çok iyi restoran var. 7/24 açık market 2 dakika mesafede. Şehir merkezine 25 dakika kadar yürüyerek ulaşıyorsunuz. Yürüdüğünüz yol güzel.
