Preisleistung hat gepasst. Freundliches Personal, saubere Unterkunft.

Personal war sehr freundlich und die Unterkunft prima das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat gepasst.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren recht dunkel gehalten. Aber sauber und die Betten gut.

A hotel that ruined our trip
Pros:

Cons:

We had originally booked the hotel for two nights. However, after experiencing the conditions of the hotel during our first night, we had no choice but to leave the following morning and find alternative accommodation.
When we arrived at the hotel, we were extremely disappointed and shocked by the condition of the rooms and the overall standard of accommodation:
There was water leakage in every shower.
The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, which significantly aggravated our existing back pain.
In one of the rooms, the toilet was dirty and not in an acceptable condition.
The hotel has no elevator, and we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs, with no assistance available from the hotel staff.
The room doors were squeaking and did not close properly.
Booking.com asked the hotel to give us a refund for the night we didn't use, but thay refused.

Отель нуждается в ремонте. Смеситель в ванной не закреплен, вода из душа растекается по всей ванной комнате. На завтраке кофе только растворимый!!!!! Зерновой можно купить за дополнительную плату

It was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

On booking.com written ☆☆☆☆ where as no 4star facilities.no space or cupboard to put clothes or other things.No table.No refrigerator.
No partition in bathroom at bath area.During bath water spread on floor of all bathroom. No lift and its difficult to take luggage on first or second floor.
When you are coming from city centre there is steep road and difficult for elderly people.

Expérience super grâce au personnel professionnel mais au même temps très sympathique.
Pros:

Le personnel de l'hôtel est particulièrement professionnel tout en restant accessible et chaleureux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 5 nuits. La literie offre un confort ferme très appréciable, et le buffet du petit-déjeuner est à la fois varié et copieux.

Cons:

L'aménagement de la douche. L'absence de paroi ou de rideau de séparation entraîne systématiquement l'inondation de toute la salle de bain.

Расположение, красивый вид с балконов (у нас номер без балкона был), доброжелательность персонала, чистые и комфортные номера.

Cons:

Хотелось бы понасыщеннее завтраки, для нас оказались достаточно скудными и конечно всегда хочется свежесваренного кофе, а не растворимый. Когда допила чашку растворимого, услышала, что за доп плату можно было выпить обычный капучино, жаль эту информацию не донесли заранее.
