Expérience super grâce au personnel professionnel mais au même temps très sympathique.
Pros:

Le personnel de l'hôtel est particulièrement professionnel tout en restant accessible et chaleureux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 5 nuits. La literie offre un confort ferme très appréciable, et le buffet du petit-déjeuner est à la fois varié et copieux.

Cons:

L'aménagement de la douche. L'absence de paroi ou de rideau de séparation entraîne systématiquement l'inondation de toute la salle de bain.

Расположение, красивый вид с балконов (у нас номер без балкона был), доброжелательность персонала, чистые и комфортные номера.

Cons:

Хотелось бы понасыщеннее завтраки, для нас оказались достаточно скудными и конечно всегда хочется свежесваренного кофе, а не растворимый. Когда допила чашку растворимого, услышала, что за доп плату можно было выпить обычный капучино, жаль эту информацию не донесли заранее.

Pros:

Fantastic view from dining/sitting room and main balcony. Nice buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Bottle of water in room.
5 mins walk to/from Rooms Hotel, common drop off & pickup spot used by tour groups. Our tour was a 2 day tour from Tbilisi. 10 mins walk downhill to centre of town.
35 mins walk to get to Gergeti Trinity Church trailhead ( across the river). As we aren't hikers we took 2.5 hrs to go up and half the time to come down, great views along the way.

Cons:

Bathroom small, shower has no ledge to prevent water from flooding the floor by the basin area before draining.

Отель симпатичный, вид что надо.

Cons:

Но было несколько но: очень скрипучий пол в комнате, шатающийся смеситель и несуразно высокая раковина, в номере нет кондея - открываешь дверь на балкон, а на улице всю ночь громко квакала какая-то штуковина, спать невозможно. Или душно, или громко. И у кровати деревянное выступающее основание и , конечно же, в довольно темном номере все об него очень больно ударялись, теперь синяки на ногах.

Вид с терассы отеля хороший. Завтраки понравились.

Cons:

Не было горячей воды в отеле, две ночи обещали устранить проблему, но не устранили! До крови разбила ногу о выступы деревянной кровати. Номер тесноват для кровати с таким широким основанием.
