Great location, wonderful staff, and a very comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to a beautiful park and directly across from the Old Town, with wonderful views of the city. It was an excellent base for exploring the area.

The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Every interaction was pleasant, and they were always willing to help with any request, which made the stay feel very welcoming.

My room was comfortable, spacious, and had a beautiful view. I should note, however, that room quality appears to vary quite a bit. Some members of our group were assigned rooms on the lower floors with little natural light and limited ventilation. Fortunately, that was not the case for me - I was very happy with my room and thoroughly enjoyed staying in it.

Cons:

A couple of pieces of feedback from my stay.

First, the breakfasts were genuinely poor and far below what I would expect from a hotel at this price point. In fact, they were the weakest part of the entire experience. Given the country's reputation for food quality and standards, I found this particularly surprising. I would strongly encourage you to revisit both the quality and variety of the breakfast offering.

Second, I stayed in one of the premium rooms, and unfortunately there was a persistent unpleasant odor coming from both the toilet and the kitchen sink. The smell would gradually build up in the room over time. It felt less like an isolated issue and more like there may be an underlying problem with the plumbing or drainage system. I would recommend having this investigated, as it noticeably impacted the overall stay experience.

Fiat performans olarak çok güzel bir otel.
Pros:

Temiz personel güler yüzlü manzara ve konumu ideal.Kahvaltı çeşit çok değil ama lezzet güzel

Cons:

Klimada sıcağı ayarlanmadığı için geceleri biraz soğuktu.Reception daki arkadaş düzeltmeye çalıştı ama ne yazıkki olmadı.

Всё понравилось. Обслуживание. Номер. Вид из номера. И уборка в номере. И плюс, довольно неплохие завтраки!!!

Понимаю всех тех, кто обещает вернуться в этот отель, правда было очень хорошо.
1) Идеальное расположение, у нас было 2 номера, оба с видом на реку. Вид из номера лучше, чем на фото, особенно ночью. Номер с балконом был слегка шумнее (от дороги через реку и прогулочных катеров по реке).Номер на 1 этаже был заметно более тихим. При этом та улица, на которой расположен отель, сама по себе тихая, предположу, что в номерах с окнами на стену, зато спать можно круглосуточно.
2) Прекрасная администрация и персонал отеля: начиная от того, как быстро и качественно проходит уборка, заканчивая человеческим подходом: нам всегда советовали так, как будет реально лучше (какое такси использовать, какие-то советы по городу и т.п.)
3) Завтрак не обильный, но было из чего выбрать. Удобное для туристов время завтрака (с 9 до 11 даже в будни).
4) Хорошая постель (матрас нормальной твердости, в одном из наших номеров кровати были сдвинуты, но сверху на отдельные матрасы был положен какой-то тонкий матрас или одеяло, дыры между кроватями, как иногда бывает, не чувствовалось).
5) Ванная комната: все свежее, аккуратное, прекрасный напор воды в душе, полотенца меняются каждый день, никаких проблем с горячей\холодной водой.
6) Котики на общей терассе, просто прекрасные.
