Highly recommended — a beautiful place with an amazing view, excellent location, friendly people, and great food.
Pros:

The view and the overall atmosphere of the place were absolutely amazing. The location is more than perfect, with beautiful surroundings and a very relaxing vibe. The staff and people there were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful to the highest degree. The food was also delicious, whether for breakfast or lunch.

Cons:

The only small downside was the absence of a bidet spray in the bathroom(مفيش شطافة). Other than that, everything was perfect

Fantastyczny pobyt, gorąco polecam.
Pros:

Czysto. Lokalizacja spoko, do centrum spacerkiem, ale zasadniczo najlepsza restauracja w jakiej jadałam w Kazbegi jest 50 m. od obiektu :) Piękny widok na góry.

Cons:

Zdecydowaniena plus by wyszła możliwość napicia się naturalnej kawy a nie rozpuszczalnej.

Die Lage war top. Sehr schönes Haus mit sehr gutem Frühstück und gutes Essen im Restaurant. Toller Bergblick auf den 3. höchsten Berg Georgiens. Die Hausleute sind sehr zuvorkommend.

Bonitas vistas, el desayuno incluido con huevos, pan, yogur, etc. Tuvieron el detalle de darnos un yogur para nuestra hija. Muy simpáticos con ella.

Tuvimos un problema con la reserva, y como la persona de recepción no hablaba inglés ni tenía muchas ganas de comunicarse, tuvimos que contactar a Booking, lo cual nos llevó cerca de 1h hasta que pudimos acceder a la habitación

El restaurante estaba cerrado. Fuga de agua en la ducha. A nuestra salida por la mañana hacia Tiflis no supieron decirnos si la carretera estaba abierta o cerrada por la nieve.

Most uncomfortable stay ever.

As the place itself mountainous so view was good

Cons:

Two worst rooms were given, even we could not stand up without striking our heads to the roof. The mattresses were in the worst condition. There were no basic room facilities at all e.g water, kettle etc. There was no one to help in carrying the luggage as our rooms were on 3rd floor. Breakfast was bare minimum. Wifi signals were so weak in our rooms, literally unusable. If someone wants to hike to the Gregeti church then the hotel's location is worst possible as it is far from the base. There are many other better options right at the base of the mountain.

Pros:

החדר היה מסודר ונקי.

Cons:

הגענו והיינו בהמתנה ארוכה בלובי עד שקיבלנו את החדר. בנוסף קיבלנו חדר עם תקרה נמוכה וממש לא נוחה, הוויפיי של הקומה אפילו לא הגיע לחדר שלנו והמים במקלחת היו קרים מאוד (והיה מזג אוויר חורפי).

Plz give the uses of the kitchen and make one common kitchen so that people can make the food.
