Purtroppo abbiamo avuto diversi problemi:
1) La porta del bagno della stanza denominata Suite non si chiudeva e provando a chiuderla abbiamo rischiato di rimanere chiusi dentro. Essendo 3 persone è stato un disagio.
2) La Suite è stata prenotata per 3, ma all'arrivo era predisposta per 2. Quando lo abbiamo comunicato alla persona in reception ci ha riferito che non era un problema suo e che una persona avrebbe potuto dormire sul divano (lurido). Dopo questo abbiamo chiesto noi lenzuola e asciugamani (macchiati) e abbiamo preparato il divano che per fortuna era un divano letto.
3) In generale la pulizia era scarsa e il vetro della doccia era incrostato di sporco.
4) Sempre nella Suite era disponibile solo uno dei due telecomandi dell'aria condizionata (c'erano due split diversi). Anche questo problema non è stato risolto e abbiamo usato solo uno dei due.
5) Nelle foto era visibile un terrazzo sul tetto che non era realmente accessibile.

In generale il personale presente non è stato in grado di risolvere nessuno dei problemi che si è presentato e ha reso l'esperienza fastidiosa, vista l'ampia scelta di Hotel e il prezzo pagato sconsiglio a chiunque di scegliere questo posto, noi purtroppo siamo arrivati stanchi e tardi e per non perdere tempo non abbiamo cambiato Hotel.

Aggiungo anche responsabilità di Booking che classifica la struttura come 4 stelle, il posto è realmente da 2.

A wonderful place to relax! Great location, close to shops, cafes, and the waterfront. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and quiet. I'd especially like to mention the friendly and attentive staff. I loved everything)

ביקורת שלילית על מלון וורייס Varios:

חשוב מאוד לקרוא לפני ביצוע הזמנה! תלונה על Varios Hotel . אני וחברתי ביצענו צ'ק אין ובקבלה נתנו לנו רק צרור אחד (מפתח לחדר+צ'יפ לכניסה הראשית). כשביקשנו עוד אחד הם הביאו רק צ'יפ נוסף, והציעו (כאופציה בלבד) שכשנצא מהמלון נשאיר את המפתח תלוי בקבלה. [ככלל, לא כדאי להשאיר את המפתח היחיד בקבלה, כי אז הם יודעים בוודאות ששתינו לא בחדר, ועלולים להיכנס בלי רשות...😒]. כעבור יומיים אני וחברתי התפצלנו בעיר והמפתח נשאר אצלה - מתוך מחשבה שהם כבר יביאו את המפתח השני, וגם אם לא -- אז בוודאי יש להם מפתח-מסטר. הרי לאיזה מלון אין מפתח כזה ??? לאחר כשעתיים(!!!) של המתנה הצעתי שיתנו לי חדר לכמה שעות עד שהחברה תחזור - והתחייבתי לנקות אותו אחריי. גם כשאמרתי שאני מתה מעייפות ושאני לא מרגישה טוב -- שום דבר לא עזר. הם רצו שאשלם גם עבור החדר השני. חצופים! מעבר לזה השירות גרוע. מדברים איתם והם ממש מפנים את הגב. בארץ זרה זה עוד יותר מביך. אני מתה לישון, ממתינה לאחראית שתואיל בטובה להגיע רק בעוד שעתיים....
