The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the city center. It is beautifully decorated, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We would especially like to highlight Ana at the reception desk, whose kindness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

The reception staff also helped us find excellent excursions in the Kutaisi area, which further enriched our trip.
