Pros:

Отель превзошел все наши ожидания! Красивый, новый, современный, ухоженный! Вид с балкона на Казбек поражает своей красотой. Пятитысячник Казбек гордо стоит и радует. Мы проснулись до рассвета специально, чтобы увидеть как солнце красит в золото Казбек.

Modern rooms with magnificent views
Pros:

This family run guesthouse a bit up the hill from the main street was perfect for us. We got a room with the mountain view, which totally paid off. The breakfast is also great. Owners are very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The walk up the hill to the house can be a bit challenging for some, but if you have came to Stepantsminda to climb mountains, it surely won't be a problem ;)

A couple of small changes / additions would elevate this place into an extraordinary place to stay
Pros:

Very welcoming reception. Good breakfast. Extremely clean throughout the entire hotel. The views from the terrace are jaw-dropping on days when the weather cooperates.

Cons:

Wi-fi can be erratic. There’s no place to hang clothes ~ it would be so simple to have some hooks or a rack on a wall.

Замечательный отель в красивейшем поселке Степанцминда, который расположен у подножия величественной горы Казбек. Это просто волшебное место, как и дорога к нему! Мы провели там два дня, но хотелось остаться подольше. Номера в отеле чистые, комфортные, есть все необходимое. Вид с балкона просто потрясающий! Хозяева отеля - прекрасные, добрые, отзывчивые, гостеприимные и порядочные люди. Они создали теплую домашнюю атмосферу. Огромное спасибо! Мамрат и Иа, приезжайте всей своей дружной семьей в гости, будем очень рады😘🤗

Очень понравилось, прекрасный чистый отель с вкусными простыми завтраками и шикарным видом на горы! Очень рекомендую!
Pros:

Очень чисто, хотелось даже снять обувь прямо на входе в отель, приветливые и отзывчивые владельцы, в номере все необходимое и шикарный вид на горы, зона чай/кофе 24/7 и вкусные простые завтраки. Рекомендую!

Cons:

Зона отдыха почти всегда была занята, но это не особо принципиально было. Больше никаких минусов!
