View is great however for the location to get there you need to walk uphill from the Main Street

We didn’t feel welcome when we had to wait for couple hours in their general waiting room for our taxi after our checkout. There is no general bathroom there which is weird. The blond lady was screaming all the time something in Georgian when she was going back and forth, it felt hostile. We felt unwelcome. It is normal to wait after the check out in the waiting room, we stayed in dozens of other hotels and it was never an issue.

Enjoyable place, Startposition for great tours
Pros:

Very friendly people, we enjoyed our stay here. The rooms where modern and big, little details like shelfs and bed stands helped to stay organised. The balcony had a little table and chairs. We enjoyed their breakfast buffet in the breakfast room with a great view at MountKazbegi. The house is near to the centre and they helped us to organise a taxi to the Gergeti monastery. Great place to start excursions.
We definitely recommend this place.

Pros:

-The best location we stayed at in Kazbegi
-Room is very comfortable, bed is amazing
-Balcony is big and has the best view in town to Mt. Kazbek!!
-Everything was clean
-Breakfast was delicious, still dreaming about the georgian cheese wraps
-Staff was very friendly and always approachable
-The only thing I didn't like is that we didn't stay here longer
