Pros:

Из плюсов: отзывчивый персонал.

Cons:

Отношение к заказу: мы забронировали один вид номеров, нам пытались дать другие, хотя 70% отеля пустует. Кондиционер поврежден (нет направляющей воздушного потока), почти не дает эффекта охлаждения. Нет сеток от насекомых, поэтому комары съедают (а без открытого окна невозможно - кондиционер почти не работает). Кондиционер в итоге начал протекать внутрь, на мои вещи. Канализация была засоренной, при первом же приеме душа чуть ни устроили потоп. Отвалился кусок обоев у кровати, а под ним присутствует черная плесень. Чтобы припарковаться днем нужно минут 30 ездить кругами, и встанешь в итоге в удалении от отеля. За эту цену в Тбилиси можно найти отель на 4 звезды (или на уверенные 3 звезды) с завтраком.

Местоположение отеля. Пожалуй и всё

Cons:

Очень дешёвый и старый отель. Об условиях можно и не говорить. В принципе переночевать пойдёт за такие деньги

Very convenient location.

Cons:

It says it has a bath, translated into my language (by booking.com) as if there was a bathtub. But there isn't in any room, which was a bit disappointing. There is a gap in the door, so when people in other rooms watch TV at high volume, the sound carries into my room..
