Great location. The rooms were comfortable, clean and pleasant.

Cons:

The breakfast experience was extremely disappointing. The milk served at breakfast was spoiled, and when I pointed it out, a staff member laughed instead of apologising or taking the issue seriously, even though the curdled milk was clearly visible in my coffee. Several other breakfast items also did not seem fresh, and some appeared to be spoiled or close to it.

We were checking out before breakfast and asked for a breakfast box. We even offered to pack something ourselves from the previous day’s breakfast and keep it in the fridge, but the staff insisted that they would prepare it for us. At checkout, however, they simply laughed and said they had forgotten about it, so we received nothing. Overall, the attitude of the staff was very unprofessional and unacceptable.
