Comfortable basic hotel in convenient location
Pros:

Great location for buses. Excellent value for money. Clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful

Great value for money.
Pros:

Hotel was located in a bus station which was very convenient. The street was busy but our room had a small balcony that was fully enclosed with a window. As soon as the window and door to the balcony were closed the room was fully soundproof. It was in very good condition (looked recently renovated) and excellent value for money.

Pros:

It's perfect for a stay between the airport and leaving the next day for Mestia, it's right next to the bus station. Reception is open at night and they were very nice.

Appartamento fantastico e super accogliente! È così curato nei dettagli che sembra quasi di essere stati ospitati a casa di amici che si sono assentati per un attimo, piuttosto che in una casa in affitto.
La pulizia era impeccabile e l'appartamento è dotato di assolutamente tutto il necessario (e anche di più). I proprietari sono stati incredibilmente generosi, lasciandoci tutto il necessario per la colazione: caffè, tè, biscotti, yogurt e latte.
Il comfort è stato massimo: il letto è comodissimo con ottimi materassi e cuscini, e la presenza di due condizionatori nella stanza è stata una salvezza. Un altro grande punto a favore è stata la totale libertà: ci hanno consegnato tutte le chiavi, permettendoci di rientrare a qualsiasi ora senza problemi.
Consigliatissimo! Ci torneremmo sicuramente.

Zimmer in oberer Etage 2x sehr schmutzig - unten super!
Pros:

Ich habe schon oft im Hotel okriba übernachtet, in den meisten fällen war es auch top. Super ist der 24/7 Empfang und die perfekte Lage am Busbahnhof. Schön ist auch der Ausblick auf die Berge. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war extrem schmutzig. Das Bad war so dreckig, dass ich die toilettenvrille erst abwischen musste, bevor ich sie benutzen konnte, ich wollte eine Dusche nehmen aber hab drauf verzichtet, weil schwarzer Schmutz in der Dusche und dem Boden lag. Das Bad war lange nicht mehr gewischt, aber auch der Boden im Rest des Zimmers und Flurs war extrem schmutzig mit sichtbarem Schmutz und wollmäusen. Ich kam nachts an und wollte dann nicht mehr nach einem Wechsel fragen sondern einfach schlafen. Da meine Aufenthalte zuvor sehr gut waren, wollte ich erst keine Bewertung verfassen, sondern habe die Mängel direkt beschrieben. Die Reaktion war freundlich und man versprach, dass es nicht mehr vorkommen werde. Eine Woche später hat meine Freundin genau so ein schmutziges Zimmer erhalten.

Buena ubicación en la estación de autobuses.
Pros:

La ubicación es ideal para coger un autobús al día siguiente. Justo en el punto de llegada de autobuses desde Tblisi.
Personal agradable.

Cons:

Calidad precio justo. Nos costó 21€ la noche, que por estado de la habitación el precio parece excesivo si comparas con otras opciones, pero repetiría por la localización.

Łazienki w stanie krytycznym. Mieliśmy 4 pokoje i w każdym było podobnie. Dodatkowo moje łóżko bardzo skrzypiało. Gdyby nie to, że to była tylko jedna noc przed odlotem, zrezygnował bym z pobytu.

The hotel is located near the bus station what is very convenient.And it wasn't laud.The staff was helpful with organizing taxi to the airport during the night.

Pros:

Friendliness of staff, low price, location right next to bus station, comfy clean beds, cool elevator with loud music:)

Cons:

Lack of toilet paper, but that could have been probably easy to solve by asking staff if I only had time :))
