Pros:

Удобные матрасы. 2 подушки у каждого. Есть пледы, чтобы сидеть на улице. Тапочки! Очень. Очень красивый вид из отеля. Много мест для посиделок на улице.
В номере есть вода в бутылочках, всё для умывания.
Завтрак приятный. Из пожеланий - поставить кофе машину.

Cons:

Слышно, когда по коридору кто-то идёт. В номере нет чашек для чая, только стаканы для воды. Wi-fi плохо работает.
В номере нет телевизора, если это кому-то важно.
Жилье находится почти на самом верху, вниз к кафе спускаться довольно долго. Зато очень тихо.

Best ok maar niet prijswinnend
Pros:

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Kamer was schoon, bedden waren goed. Ontbijt was ok. Basic is het juiste woord. Maar oploskoffie?? Hoe verzin je het.

Cons:

Twee trappen opsjouwen met baggage; kamer rechtonder het dak (warm) geen airco: raam had de vorm van een driehoek en was niet goed af te sluiten met gordijnen (niet over nagedacht); fijn dat er twee flesjes water klaarstonden maar die stonden in de zon; kamer was gehorig; ontbijtmevrouw was niet aardig; geen kluis; geen koelkastje. Deur naar de douche, zat vanwege de kleine afmeting van de douche altijd in de weg. Ontbijt was redelijk, maar weinig keuze en geen fruit of zoetigheden of zoet beleg. Kortom er zijn best wat winstpunten te behalen.

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage und gute Aussicht

Schöner Blick aus dem Zimmer auf die Dreifaltigkeitskirche. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet, sauber und die Betten waren angenehm weich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nur durchschnittlich. Es gab keine richtige Marmelade und auch keine Spiegeleier oder Rührei. Es hat einfach ein bisschen an Vielfältigkeit gefehlt.

Hilltop Kazbegi is honestly such a beautiful property — the vibe, the interiors, the views, everything feels very warm and aesthetic. The receptionist was also genuinely sweet and welcoming.

But the manager’s behaviour really threw me off a little. She came across quite unpleasant and lacked the warmth you’d expect from a place like this. Hospitality makes a huge difference in the overall experience, especially in such a cozy setting. I’d still rate the stay well because the property itself is lovely, but I do hope the guest experience improves because that’s the one thing holding me back from wholeheartedly recommending it to friends and family.
