Pros:

good location, clean and cozy rooms, excellent communication with Saba who made sure to provide anything for a pleasant stay. i guess he also organises private tours for anyone interested. there was the chance to use the common kitchen and to enjoy meals in the veranda

Pros:

Amazing host who gave some great tips, also for other places outside of Kutaisi. Both the inside and outside areas were really nice to just sit, relax and have some snacks. Location was in a quiet street, but close to restaurants and tourist spots.

Pros:

The host is very nice and contacted me early with instructions, they also advised us on restaurants and transportation. The location is amazing, so close to everything. The room size was good

Pros:

Das Hotel 1870 liegt sehr zentral in Kutaisi. Beim Gebäude handelt es sich um ein historisches Haus das stilvoll restauriert wurde. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Remek lokáció, minden sétatávolságra.
A bejutás és korábbi becsekkolás gördülékeny volt.
Ami fontos, hogy csak készpénzt fogadnak el!
A tulajdonos, Saba kedves, segítőkész volt.
A szoba egyszerű, de kényelmes. Az ágy is kényelmes volt. Az internet jól működött.
Ott tartózkodásomkor nem volt lehetőség reggelit kérni, de a közelben sok jó pékség van, 8kor nyitnak.

Cons:

A hangszigetelés nem volt a legjobb, ha hazajött valaki éjszaka, felébredtem rá.

Zentral, aber ruhig gelegen, günstig.

Cons:

Das Bett ist schmal und klein, ich (185 cm) habe gerade mal so hineingepasst. Die Matratze war recht unbequem, der (fixe) Duschkopf hing so niedrig, dass ich nicht darunter passte.
Okay zu dem Preis, würde ich sagen, aber jetzt nicht gerade eine Empfehlung.

The owner is absolutely fantastic — he was always really helpful. The rooms are lovely and clean and the outside area with the kitchen etc was also great. The homemade wine was also fantastic. Great value for money

Pros:

Great location. Outstanding owner who was 100 percent honest and genuine who also spoke perfect English. Room was great had everything you needed for a overnight stay

Pros:

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Das Zimmer war klein, aber gemütlich und sehr sauber. Besonders schön ist der tolle Innenhof. Praktisch ist auch die Möglichkeit, sich selbst etwas zu kochen. Der Besitzer und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die späte Abholung vom Flughafen hat perfekt geklappt. Klare Empfehlung!
