The location! Was so bad! Bad from all tourist attractions. Also, the building is 15 floors, only 2 floors are hotel, all remaining are resdinential floors

Из минусов: не было в нашем номере в спальни телевизора, для тех кто привык засыпать под телевизор или хочет полежать отдохнуть посмотрев фильм не подходит. Была проблема с подачей горячей воды, вода едва хватает на двоих как бутто есть определенное количество. В один из дней я просто осталась без воды не закончив смывать голову и у персонала не было решения. Завтрак вкусный но скромный, и та еда каторая должна быть горячей едва теплая и была прохладной

Comfortable and spacious apartment in the Isani / Ortachala area
Pros:

An apartment hotel with spacious rooms and balconies, the staff is very kind, nice and helpful. A spacious and comfortable family room, good water flow in the shower, the linens and towels are very clean.
Beautiful breakfast balcony:)

Cons:

The bathroom could have been a little better cared for in terms of the smell of dampness (probably from a leak from the shower wall). Overall, we aired it out and it was fine, but it's worth fixing. In the six days we stayed we didn't have hot water on two occasions, it would be advisable to fix the problem.

It was a really good and comfortable stay, the room size is awesome and very good for family of 3/4.
Pros:

Staff: Both reception & restaurant staff were really nice, polite, supportive and warm.
Room: Superb room, spacious, clean, well structured
Bathroom: Big size, clean and very spacious
Balcony: 14th floor amazing view, big balcony
Breakfast: Really good and tasty breakfast, good variety, very polite restaurant staff.

סביר למי שמחפש מלון בזול

לא אהבתי שאין מים חמים שמספיק למקלחת ארוכה שכוללת חפיפת שיער. כשפעם אחת ירדתי ללובי עם שיער רטוב לשאול למה אין מים נאמר לי מחר יתקנו ביקשתי שיחליפו לי אולי חדר ונאמר לי אי אפשר. מאז התקלחתי בחרדה כל בזמן שיגמרו לי המים (והם נגמרו שוב).
לא אהבתי שכל הזמן הייתי צריכה לבקש נייר טואלט כי החדרנית לא הייתה שמה חדש.
לא אהבתי את המיקום שרחוק מכל מקום.
הכרית והמזרון לא נוחים בכלל

Comfortable yet misleading information
Pros:

Friendly and professional staff.
Very comfortable and clean rooms.

Cons:

The rooftop closing at 16:00 when promoted as a highlight in most of your photos is misleading, borderline false advertising.

The location is not 100% your fault but should be mentioned; even more when a differentiating element such as the rooftop is not available at all.

Piękny widok z okna i z miejsca gdzie jedliśmy śniadania.

Cons:

W porządku. Śniadania malo urozmaicone. Jednego wieczoru skończyła sie ciepla woda ale nie byl to duzy problem. Pomocni recepcjonisci. Pokój sprzątany codzinnie ale raz zapomnieli o ręcznikow. Nie chcieliśmy wymiany ale mogli ich nie zabierać.
