Все было замечательно ,хорошее расположение,прекрасные хозяева,все чисто.единственное не было wi-fi,но это скорее всего что шага комната была рядом с лифтом..в других местах работал отлично.

Чисто, не шумно, европейский
Pros:

Отличное местоположение не на шумную дорогу, хороший завтрак, чистые номера( но лучше брать с балконом, он попросторнее. Замечательный сервис и футбол посмотрели и фужеры получили, мужчинам большое спасибо

Pros:

The staff is very friendly. Thanks to Mamuka and Georgiy for their help with all our questions. The convenient location and parking are also very helpful. The breakfasts are excellent, and the rooms are clean and well-equipped.

Cons:

Would be perfect to have a pool, SPA and gym room.

היה מאכזב חזרנו אחרי בילוי לא הספיקו לנקות בטענה שאין עובדת לא מגבות ולא שמפו
החדרנית עצבנית. וגם בקבלה לא עונים
יש קומקום ואים לא תה לא קפה פשוט מתחת לביקורת
ארוחת בוקר אמרו משמונה
העובדת הגיע רק בשמונה וארוחה בתשע כי איחרה
פשוט חבל על הכסף ובכלל מגיע לנו פיצוי
על הפנים.

Underrated gem! It deserves much better reviews
Pros:

I really don’t understand the low ratings this place has—it’s completely unfair. It is so obvious that the family runs this hotel with all their heart and they do their absolute best. Unlike huge, impersonal complexes, you get a warm, family atmosphere, great service, and zero time wasted waiting for elevators.

Top Pluses:
Great Sleep: Firm, high-quality mattresses, which are definitely not the standard in Georgia.
Cleanliness & Details: Spotless room with thoughtful touches (like a luffa sponge).
Hospitality: The gentleman at reception (owner) was incredibly helpful and even booked a taxi for me that was cheaper than Bolt and came in a few minutes.
Breakfast: Rich, varied, and delicious.

Minor Tip:
The pillows were a bit too high and fluffy; a lower alternative would be great for stomach or back sleepers.
