Las vistas es lo único bueno que tiene.
El mismo día en el que teníamos nuestra reserva de dos noches (dos habitaciones dobles), nos escribe una persona del hotel por whatsapp (Qristina) y nos dice que le sabe muy mal pero que ya no tenemos habitacion con ellos esa noche. Nos comenta que la reserva de Booking le ha aparecido en el día de hoy y que no tienen habitaciones, a lo que nosotros contestamos que teníamos un mensaje de confirmación por su parte, así como la reserva confirmada por la aplicación . Tras una larga conversa de whatsapp (nunca tuvo la deferencia de llamarnos), y sin ofrecernos ninguna alternativa, nos dice que si queremos nos puede encontrar una habitación triple (tras todo el dia de incertidumbre y en mitad de las montañas remotas de georgia). Dado que no tenemos otra opcion, aceptamos la habitación triple. Tras pasar las dos noches en el hotel, una persona del hotel que no habla inglés hace el checkout y nos dice que la habitación triple vale poco menos que las dos dobles que habíamos inicial inicialmente reservado. Le pedimos que por favor nos cobre solamente la mitad de lo que costaba el alojamiento inicialmente y no el precio de una habitacion triple (que no tuvimos mas remedio que aceptar), pero no hay opción. Es inaceptable que el mismo día de la reserva nos intentase cancelar, al margen del precio de la habitación, es algo súper desagradable para un cliente que no tiene otro lugar en el que dormir (especialmente en medio de la montaña).

Probably the most convenient location in Mestia: 5 min walk to the Hatsvali lift, 7 min to the center. Very clean and comfy room and helpful owners, great water pressure. Also it was very quiet!
It woud be nice to have a night light, not only general lighting in the room.
Fajna lokalizacja. Śniadanie było dodatkowo płatne ale bardzo smaczne. Pokoje urządzone we wszystko co potrzeba. Jadalnia, kuchnia zaopatrzona. Miejsce na sprzęt.
Nie było internetu przez 3 dni to było na tyle nurtujące że musieliby zrobić odprawę i trzeba było korzystać z pobliskiego muzeum

המארחת חמודה, קיבלה אותנו מאוחר בלילה. הייתה ארוחת בוקר טעימה ממש! מיקום נוח ומרכזי, נוף יפהפה מהמרפסת של ההוסטל.

Great room with a nice balcony. Bed was absolutely fine and the room and the Hotel was absolutely spotless. Perhaps a but low key and slightly functional but nevertheless a pleasant stay.
A bed side lamp would be nice but otherwise a perfect stay. Albeit a sign on the road saying it was the Hotel would be helpful.

The hotel is very clean and nice location. It's very close to city center within a walking distance. One of our rooms provides a view of the city and the Tower. There is plenty of space in the room. The host is very helpful and nice. You can prepare breakfast yourself in shared kitchen which is very clean and well-equipped.
A bit difficult to find the hotel entrance.
