Premettendo che la zona non è delle migliori, l albergo si presenta come un oasi nel deserto.
Lo staff, seppur gentile, non è molto sul pezzo e la struttura non accoglie al meglio i propri ospiti (non era disponibile il servizio cena, anche se presente su Booking, e la receptionist ci ha addirittura consigliato di andare in un ristorante dietro l angolo che oltretutto era chiuso)
La camera grande dispone di un letto comodo ma la notte si sentono rumori a tutte le ore provenire dai piani sottostanti dove non ci sono camere.
La colazione è stata la parte peggiore.
Si presenta molto approssimata in un locale squallido con tende chiuse e personale non molto preparato.
Sono presenti sul tavolo del buffet bottiglie di alcolici (residuati della sera precedente) e pezze per asciugare le stoviglie sporche…
La qualità della colazione molto bassa con pasticceria industriale…

Tutto il soggiorno sentendosi continuamente osservati da individui locali senza mai sentirsi accolti…

No air-conditioning and you have to pay extra for the pool: this was one of our only stay without air-conditioning but it was double as expensive as others.

Da muss man nicht nochmal hin.

Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und schön eingerichtet und das Bett ist sehr bequem

Cons:

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, es gibt keine Klimaanlage, das einzige Fenster, das man öffnen konnte war zur Nachbarkneipe hin. Dort war Party bis 2.00 Uhr morgens. (Wir mussten unterschreiben, dass ab 23.00 Uhr Nachtruhe einzuhalten ist) Das Restaurant schließt um 18.00 statt -wie angegeben- um 23.00. Der Pool kostet soweit ich verstanden habe 100€ Aufpreis für 2 Stunden und muss vorbestellt werden.
Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig.

We stayed one night at Vegas Hotel in Akhalkalaki after a long drive from Tbilisi, and it was exactly what we needed. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and welcoming, and the breakfast in the morning was amazing.

The view from our room was a beautiful surprise — overlooking the peaceful village and the Javakheti mountains. It was calming, refreshing, and never tiring to look at. After coming from Dubai, this quiet atmosphere felt truly special.

Overall, a great place to stay in this location. Highly recommended.

Pros:

The hotel was excellent! The staff was friendly and helpful. We were welcomed very late at night, received a free room upgrade, and were even given a late check-out. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was great, the Wi-Fi worked well, and there is private parking right by the hotel.

Hotel wart polecenia w skali całej Gruzji.
Pros:

Bardzo przestronne pokoje i łazienki. Świetne śniadania z dużym wyborem dań , soków i wędlin. Bezpieczny duży parking.
Obok hotelu restauracja Gold-bardzo polecam. W okolicy sklepy i restauracje. Komunikatywny i przyjazny personel. W hotelu jest bardzo czysto i przestronnie. Nie odczuwa się obecności kasyna.
