Pros:

Pokój był bardzo czysty i zadbany, a wszystko działało bez zarzutu. Ściany są trochę cienkie, przez co słychać dźwięki dochodzące z holu, ale można się do tego przyzwyczaić.
Kontakt z obsługą był bardzo szybki i sprawny. Lokalizacja jest świetna jako baza wypadowa.
Jedyną kwestią, na którą moim zdaniem warto zwrócić większą uwagę, są bezdomne koty w okolicy. Dobrze byłoby zadbać o ich kastrację oraz zapewnić im odpowiednią opiekę.
Poza tym nie mamy żadnych uwag i pobyt oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie.

Établissement neuf. Les chambres sont propres et high-tech. La décoration est très appréciable et la dame à l’accueille est très gentille!

Cons:

Je trouve que pour un bâtiment comme celui-ci, il est simplement mal situé. En bord de mer il aurai eu plus de succès. ☺️

Nuovo, o ristrutturato da poco. Monolocale piccolo ma dotato di tutto. Presenza box doccia. Pulito.

Cons:

La posizione del monolocale era nel seminterrato. Lo sapevo, per due notti andava bene. Per una vacanza più lunga no.
Le pulizie e cambi asciugamani sono ogni tre giorni.

The location

Cons:

There was no staff on the second day neither on our check out. 25 rooms had no personnel to speak with.
There are no proper black out curtains as a result you wake up from 6.30 am
In addition be aware that if you decide to go when it’s windy (which is usually windy in south Crete) the hotel’s window frames are whistling from the wind.
It’s a big shame because the hotel never assisted us, no one was for 2 days at the hotel not even answered our telephone calls!
Never be back again, holidays means a good sleep!
