Un buon hotel, con aspetti da migliorare
Pros:

La struttura è curata, gli ambienti sono puliti e ben tenuti, le camere vengono riordinate con attenzione e le piscine e gli spazi comuni sono piacevoli e ben organizzati.
Una menzione particolare va al personale, che abbiamo trovato sempre gentile, disponibile e sorridente. È sicuramente uno dei punti di forza dell’hotel: lo staff è attento agli ospiti senza essere invadente e contribuisce molto a creare un’atmosfera piacevole.

Cons:

Il cibo è sicuramente il punto più debole. La proposta è molto orientata alla clientela britannica, sia per la tipologia dei piatti sia per la qualità. Per un italiano abituato a una buona cucina, la sensazione è un po’ quella di mangiare alla mensa. La scelta è abbastanza ampia e naturalmente qualcosa di gradito si trova sempre, ma da un hotel di questa categoria ci aspettavamo decisamente qualcosa in più.
Anche gli orari della cena, dalle 19.00 alle 21.30, ci sono sembrati decisamente anticipati per una vacanza mediterranea. Probabilmente anche questa scelta rispecchia soprattutto le abitudini della numerosa clientela britannica.
Da migliorare anche il servizio navetta per la spiaggia. Le corse sono piuttosto limitate, concentrate alle 10.30, alle 13.00 e alle 18.30. Considerando che la spiaggia non è proprio a due passi, riteniamo che per un quattro stelle sarebbe auspicabile un servizio più frequente, se non addirittura continuativo durante la giornata.

Pros:

Всичко. Стаите чисти, много удобни, просторни, добре обзаведени. Помислено е за всичко. Храната е много добра и разнообразна всеки ден. Навсякъде е много чисто и подредено. Персонала много усмихнат и любезни.

Clean property, good location, avoid the lifeguard.
Pros:

Property was clean, not far from beach or airport. Rooms were pretty new. Most staff were friendly.

Cons:

They did not even put water bottles in room in such hot weather. That too when water is so cheap in Greece. Shower screens were too small, whole bathroom was getting flooded while showering. I heard lifeguard saying to other staff twice that he didn’t like people from certain races. One lady staff even pointed out to him that his comments are racist. Closing all inclusive facilities at 11pm was unfair.

The property was really clean. The food was delicious. Chef Stelius is amazing and all the team. Also I must admit that everyone is very friendly and helpful!

Ci siamo trovati bene, la cucina é buona e varia. Ogni giorno un menu diverso sia a pranzo che a cena. Difficile non tro

La posizione: lontana dal caos di Laganas (a noi non gradito) ma allo stesso tempo equidistante dalle più grandi attrazioni di Zante.

Cons:

Nulla in particolare se non l’abitudine degli ospiti di occupare le sdraio in piscina con i teli. Cattiva educazione degli ospiti alla quale lo staff ben poco può fare.

Pros:

Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ πρόσφατα ανακαινισμενα και καθαρά. Το φαγητό εξαιρετικό και με πολλές επιλογές σε καθε γεύμα.

Cons:

Θα ήταν ωραίο κάποιες επιλογές στα ποτά να συμπεριληφθούν στο πακέτο all inclusive. Π.χ. συσκευασμένος χυμός λεμόνι, χυμός πορτοκαλί κτλ .

Αξέχαστη διαμονή
Pros:

Εξαιρετική διαμονή! Τοποθεσία ιδανική, μακριά απο την πολυκοσμια και παράλληλα πολυ κοντά στο κέντρο. Φαγητό εξαιρετικό. Προσωπικό ευγενικό και άκρως εξυπηρετικο, αντάξιο περισσοτερων αστέρων! Δωμάτια ολοκαίνουρια, κρεβάτια του ονείρου, εγκαταστάσεις πεντακαθαρες. Πραγματικά αξιόλογο!

Cons:

Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει μια πτυσσόμενη απλώστρα έξω γιατί δεν μπορουσαμε να κρεμασουμε καπου αλλου τα μαγιω και τις πετσέτες περαν των καρεκλων.

Vacanza relax
Pros:

Personale attento, gentile e premuroso. La camera veniva pulita sempre molto bene. Ottima la cucina e super il personale di cucina e di sala. Bar molto bene.

Cons:

La piscina e gli spazi comuni li abbiamo utilizzati poco perche eravamo sempre fuori tutto il giorno. Tuttavia erano spazi un po angusti e le piscine sono davvero piccole.
