Excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the overall atmosphere and attention to detail. The highlight of my stay was definitely the stunning ocean view from the balcony. Waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and watching the sun set over the water made the experience truly unforgettable.

Cons:

The swimming pool was very deep.

Wonderful small hotel

4. Delicious, varied, and copious breakfast delivered to our room each day.
5. Best staff ever. Manager Vivi patiently and promptly helped us with so many details for our time in Santorini. Her staff is polite, extremely eager to please and helpful.

Perfect sunset and immaculately clean property with great staff
Pros:

This hotel was magical. There is no need to go to Oia, because the sunsets are amazing from this property. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. We were made to feel very welcome. Our room was immaculate. The location was perfection. Right on a lovely street that had a lot of shops and restaurants. .The entire property was pristine. Don’t hesitate to book this one.
We rented a car from Moto Land and we’re very well taken care of..

The wonderful staff made a great stay even more enjoyable!
Pros:

Great location, very friendly and attentive staff. The facility was very nice and well maintained.

Cons:

They were doing some preseason maintenance, this did not interfere with our enjoyment of the property.

Classy hotel in a great location with fantastic views, a great breakfast and customer service
Pros:

Fantastic views, super clean room, lovely breakfast overlooking the sea & volcano, lovely friendly staff, quiet location within 10 mins picturesque walking to the edge of Fira (20 mins to centre). Also close to some free public parking which was handy for the hire car. All in all a great place to stay.

Cons:

There was an unfortunate problem with the air con/spa in our original room on night 2, but we were offered a free upgrade to a better room, plus free airport transfer to make good. Super customer service that was a big plus and helped make our holiday so memorable..
